COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTÉ
À quelques pas de la plage, vous trouverez Coastal Comfort, un condo au deuxième étage de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain situé dans le complexe de condo Beach Club. De là, vous pouvez faire de belles promenades dans la plage ou vous détendre dans la piscine d'eau de mer chauffée pour un plaisir toute l'année. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous détendre, vous pouvez lancer un bain à remous ou un sauna ou vous lancer dans les pieds sous l'énorme gazebo. Vous pouvez même faire une séance d'entraînement pendant vos vacances dans le bon centre de fitness. Le complexe propose également le WiFi dans le centre d'affaires, la piscine et les zones gazebo, mais l'unité possède son propre réseau WiFi privé pour votre usage. Il existe également des bar-b-q puits, des tables et des parapluies, ainsi qu'un étang de pêche avec un pont et des tables de pique-nique couvertes.

INTÉRIEUR
Coastal Comfort est nouvellement rénové 2/2 condo au complexe Beach Club. Cette unité très bien aménagée offre une grande variété d'équipements, y compris une cuisine bien équipée, une machine à laver / sécheuse, un réseau Wifi privé et un balcon privé du 2ème étage avec une vue tranquille sur les dunes, l'étang Private Beach Club et le golfe du Mexique Dans la distance.
En entrant dans cette unité, vous trouverez un plan d'étage ouvert et spacieux qui facilite le temps avec la famille et les amis. Juste à votre droite se trouve la table à manger avec 4 places, les invités supplémentaires peuvent profiter de leur repas au bar du petit-déjeuner. Le salon ouvert a une superbe vue sur les dunes et il y a une très bonne taille HDTV à écran plat pour votre plaisir de visionnement. Juste à côté du salon se trouve le balcon privé et la chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size et une salle de bain privée.
La chambre d'amis se trouve de l'autre côté de l'unité et comprend un lit queen et une entrée dans la 2ème salle de bains. La cuisine est ouverte et facile à naviguer. Il est bien équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner trois repas par jour.
Ne manquez pas de réserver cette belle escapade côtière connue sous le nom de Coastal Comfort.

Cette unité nécessite un séjour minimum de 2 nuits. Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Animaux interdits.

This was a perfect place for our beach trip. We could walk to the beach in about five minutes. It was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for b-day beach bash!

We always stay in these condos -perfect location for our needs, lots of amenities. This unit was very clean, smooth check in/out process. My friends & I were here to celebrate my birthday. There was wonderful dessert waiting for me courtesy of the condo owners - so thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

This condo was immaculate and in a great location, close to restaurants and a short walk or drive to the beach. The fitness center and pool were great! The check-in process was so easy, and the condo had all the supplies we needed to start. This may be normal for Padre… there were no beach towels or chairs - we simply purchased at Walmart just 10 min away when we stocked up on groceries.

Cute condo

We booked this condo for our family summer vacation. We chose this one for the location and the price. The beach is within walking distance or you can drive down to the beach and park there. Good communication with the property management, pool was nice but a bit small for the size of the complex. Condo layout was great and AC worked perfectly! We enjoyed our stay!

3 min walk to the Beach

The property is very nice, so close to the beach and everything is pretty close too, resturants ,grocery store,shopping. The only hiccup in the stay was they had to shut off water to whole complex for a repair they estimated for 8 hr we were notified days in advance so we just made sure to plan our day away from the rental and it really wasn't a problem.

Fun beach break

Booking & logistics all easy & efficient. Location great, both the condo within the complex & location of complex itself. Have stayed in nicer/newer condos for this price (a bit high) but it worked for our 3-night get away. Sofa bed needs replacing (adult son had to sleep here as the 5th person).

Cute & Comfy

This condo is very close to the beach. It was pretty clean and fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable. We like having a lot of towels, so I would bring extra if you are like us. There were 6 sets of towels total, but we stayed for 6 days. We only had to call maintenance once, and they were very responsive. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great family vacation

We stayed here with my family after my sons graduation. The location was perfect, right up the street from whitecap beach. It was clean and the perfect space for all of us. We did have a brief ant invasion in the kitchen by the big window. But we are troopers and we beat back the ants and didn’t have any more issues. It certainly didn’t take away from our enjoyment of the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this place! Great location and the condo was very nice and clean. Check-in/check-out was a breeze; the emails and text messages from property management were very thorough and helpful Stocked with all the appliances we needed; however there are no food items whatsoever including condiments such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc... Property was well maintained and clean including the pool area. Pool hours were very reasonable especially the extended weekend hours. The stairs were steep, not a problem for us but may be for a person with physical limitations. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo with a sunset view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this very comfortable and super clean condo. You could walk to the beach if you wanted to from this location. Also convenient to stores and restaurants. Very nice pool and hot tub also. Bring your own pool towels. If you plan to cook, bring everything food-related (even salt and pepper) because nothing is provided except cookware and dishes. It's a well stocked kitchen though and you could easily cook great meals here. Also has washer and dryer in condo!

This condo was well stocked with essentials and kitchen was well appointed for cooking all our meals. The condo was clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the living room furniture could use a deep cleaning as there was a body odor smell to some of the cushions that was really unpleasant. Otherwise it was a good stay and would stay there again.
