The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, complete with range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. All the essentials are included for food preparation and serving. There is even a stackable washer dryer located behind barn doors.

The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, streaming television, ample closet space, and dresser storage. You are able to view Lake Padre from the bedroom.
