While we strive to ensure your stay is as peaceful and enjoyable as possible, you may encounter nearby construction, building projects, road work, or other community improvements during your visit. These activities are outside of New Wave Vacation Rentals` control.
We appreciate your understanding as our community continues to grow and improve. Construction-related noise, dust, traffic, or temporary inconveniences are not eligible for refunds, credits, or other compensation.
VILLAGE WALK
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. 7 parking spaces on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
5. Pet Friendly (2 Pets Maximum)
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
