PROPERTY OVERVIEW

This fun newly constructed 2BR/2BA cottage is a beachcomber’s dream, featuring a screened porch, covered parking under a carport, a gourmet kitchen, and bright coastal decor throughout.

‘South Pearl Sailfish,’ as this retreat is affectionately known, is located just a short walk from the bay and close to Rockport’s premier restaurants and attractions. Our home has many Sailfish in and outside of the home.

LIVING AREAS

The well-appointed living room offers the perfect gathering space for your group. Stretch out on the queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs to watch a movie on the 42” flat screen TV. All furnishings in the home are brand-new.

KITCHEN & DINING

Indulge your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances. A convenient spice rack and olive oil are provided to get your culinary adventures off on the right foot. The kitchen is also stocked with a starter supply of amenities: such as dish soap and paper towels.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining room table with seating for four. A breakfast bar offers additional seating for two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

A king bed and a 32” TV outfit the stylish master bedroom. The en-suite master bath provides a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a second bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend lazy afternoons sipping refreshing beverages on the screened front porch. A lounge area features two wicker love seats, while a dining table has seating for six.

Out back on the patio you’ll find a smoker for barbecuing burgers or preparing the catch of the day.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars and a boat in the driveway.

THE LOCATION

Rockport is a beach town in every sense of the word. Walk just 7 minutes from your front door to the surf and sand, or take a short drive to explore Rockport Beach Park or take the family to the Texas Maritime Museum, the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, or the Rockport Art Center.

Drive just 3 minutes or walk 15 minutes to downtown Rockport, to check out the coffee shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
