HEATED POOL (at no extra charge), SIX PASSENGER GOLF CART (again, at no extra charge), WALK TO THE BEACH OR RESTAURANTS OR SHOPPING, PLENTY OF SPACE TO PARK MULTIPLE CARS OR A BOAT, BEACH PASS, SMART TVS IN EVERY ROOM, CHARCOAL GRILL, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, WASHER AND DRYER!!!! THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL!
The moment you walk in you can feel the tranquility and beauty of this home. The home is a perfect getaway for large family gatherings or 2 families getting together or a small family looking for a big time!
The living room has comfortable seating (*Just updated - New living room furniture for spring/summer 2025), a large screen TV, and a coffee table large enough to play games or work a HUGE puzzle! The dining room offers a cute, eclectic shabby chic table. The kitchen is well furnished with dishes and pots and pans and all things necessary for a small brunch or a festive dinner for 12!
The HEATED Private Pool is a must in Port A! The pool is a 10x26 with a tanning ledge for you to lounge.
The 6 passenger golf cart has the beach access pass and will allow you to park right on the beach! You can drive it downtown to dinner or just cruise the beach at sunset!
Every room has a smart TV for relaxing at the end of a long fun filled day! We have included a few nook spaces where kids can go to "get away'"!
The grilling and outdoor spaces are shady and the breeze is comfortable during the summer sunny days. There is enough parking for 4 cars, or 3 trucks.
The beach is less than 3/4 mile away- perfect for a morning walk or jog to the beach and back. There are about 50 restaurants, bars, shopping attractions, the local grocery, and a ton of people/bird watching located less than a mile away.

Great time! First time in Port A for me, and we had two fishing trips set up. Being less than 10 minutes from Fisherman's Wharf was great!The golf cart with beach pass was a huge plus and the kids loved it! We barely used our vehicle while there.The pool was used only sparingly by my older son but he loved it.The owner had a binder with instructions, suggestions, etc that was a great help.Great communication as well prior to the stay.Beds pretty comfy and layout was great!Starter trash bags, detergents, toiletries, spices all were helpful.Recommended!

Amazing stay

This was our second stay here and it was another fabulous vacation! Kids loved the pool and golf cart rides to the beach! Kitchen is very well stocked with spices, foil and plastic bags. We will be back!

Family Thanksgiving Holiday

This is a great property for multiple families. There is plenty of dishware, the kitchen is well stocked and three full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have privacy on their own schedule. The heated pool and golf cart are a plus.

This property is in a great location, not in the middle of town, but close to visit all food, bars, shops. The pool is larger than those we have previously stayed. Had all amenities needed for stay and Dollar General right down the road. Pictures show gas grill - it is a charcoal grill. If baking, heating in oven may bring your own flat pans/cookie sheets. Hope to rent again in future!

Perfect Home

This home was very spacious for our family of 10. The pool was nice for the kids and they spent many hours swimming and picnicking downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including spices and storage bags. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a golf cart without having to rent one. It made the trips to the beach quick and easy! Can’t wait to return next summer!
