Perfect!

The house and location were absolutely perfect for our needs! Our group had 3 homes at Sunrise Cottages and it was so convenient to mix and mingle together. The pool area was clean and great for gathering. The property managers were incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Nice Getaway

Loved the corner lot as the pool was nearby. The pool area was nice w a covered patio w picnic tables and lots of chairs for lounging. The house was clean, although there was a storm the day we arrived and there was water at the entry way and along the inside wall. We took pictures n mopped it up and reported it to them, but we never heard anything back, even after filling out a maintenance form & attaching a picture. The bunk bed room had a musty smell & we used air fresher’s spray daily. Overall it was a pleasant trip as the house was nice w plenty of room. We had 2 married couples w 2, 10 year olds and a “Momo” & it was perfect for all of us

Beach fun.

It was a wonderful home for our annual family beach escape. The location is great for easy access to the beach & the shops/restaurants in town. The pool beach entry was a nice surprise.

Perfect family spot!!

Our favorite Port A stay so far!! The property is exactly as pictured and described. Adorable and clean but not so over-decorated that you are worried with little kids. Great space for our puppy to play, perfect little pool with a shallow area and great community!! We will absolutely book again!! Thank you!!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Nice place, easy access to everything!

The only thing I would say is that the shower curtain liner should be replaced because it was lined with mold and there were huge roaches that came out on the last two days. Those probably came out because the upstairs shower leaked through the ceiling and probably got them to moving around. Other than that it was great, I'm just not a huge fan of bugs!

There is no parking as stated, enough for one car and a golf cart. The 4th bedroom with bunk beds by the washer/dryer, is actually an entry way with about a 3 foot walkway; no where to put your belongings. The kitchen, eating and living room that is all together is small, not as pictured.

We had a wonderful time at the Sandy Hayseed on our trip this year. We brought 6 kids with us for a total of 8 and had plenty of room. It was a great location and the pool was a nice alternative to the beach on some days. We will definitely go back!

Great Place!

Lovely property in a great part of town. It’s well kept up and comfortable. The ac is cool, there’s plenty of hot water, it’s very clean, the beds are all comfy, and it’s pet friendly! My grandkids loved the proximity to the pool! Even though some of the very close neighbors seemed to stay up late partying, the house is so well insulated from sound that we didn’t really notice it. There’s not quite as much room for parking as some of the information would have you believe, but with 3 vehicles, it wasn’t really a problem for us. I had read though that you would have no trouble parking a boat, but I’m not sure how unless you only had one vehicle along with the boat! This property receives my highest recommendation for a large family group!😎👍

Port Aransas family reunion

Wonderful house in town, we cooked in the well equipped kitchen every evening and even walked to town, Port Aransas needs a recycling center, more organic produce, and a fine for leaving canopies on the beach. The plastic on the beach saddened us.

My family had a great time renting this fun beach house. It was nicely appointed I forgot a blow dryer and there was one in every bathroom. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Fun vacation home if you bring pets

Great vacation home! We brought dogs on this family vacation and backyard was enclosed nicely to allow them to roam and peepee! Haha dogs owners understand. Pool right out back gate which was nice. Beach only like 4-5 blocks down Lantana road. IGA grocery 3 blocks away. Kind of a perfect location. Will stay again!
