Perfect Location

Wonderful Stay for Our Little Family

My family enjoyed our five-night stay here. It was perfect for two adults and two children (ages one and twelve). The patio offered lovely views and some people-watching, which my husband and I enjoyed nightly. I appreciated the provided sound machine as our baby's broke on the second night! The proximity to Whitecap beach access was excellent. Also, PINS is only a short drive south, and Port A is twenty-five minutes north. We had no need to use the other property amenities and spent more time in the unit than expected due to rain. Some minor updates would be nice, but nothing affected our stay. (More comfortable patio furniture, new lamps in the living room, childproof patio blinds, a step stool to reach the microwave, a smart TV in the bedroom for fewer remotes.) The reserved parking is nice, but the side of the building it is on is inconvenient. We would gladly book this property again.

- Never heard from the host the entire trip. - Bathroom sink stopper had to be propped up to drain. - Balcony felt unstable. - Bugs in the bathroom. - WIFI did no work until the second to last day. - Text reminder the day before check out which is fine, but received another one at 8 am waking us up this morning.

Best little condo for a couple!

This place was so cute and so perfect for my husband and I! The only thing you need to know about this place is if you drink coffee buy the bigger coffee filters and that’s not even worth complaining about! Great place, clean and the bed was comfy!!

Great location but the cleanliness of the unit and the building was disappointing

Overall my wife and I were happy with the condo's location and the view. What we felt let down by was the condition of the building, frankly, it was falling apart in areas. When we entered the unit it had a heavy smell of mildew and that smell never left the unit. The outside deck furniture consisted of two plastic chairs and a completely rusted (dangerous) coffee side table. The deck is also hanging at an angle, which does not appear safe. This unit has potential, it just really needs a deep clean and some updated furniture.

This condo was just what we needed. The building could use a little work but the condo itself was good. The furniture on the balcony could stand to be replaced as well. Plastic adorondac chairs would be good.

The hallway of the building is in terrible disrepair. The unit was as described although, the refrigerator and washer were not working as soon as we arrived. Due to the time we checked in we had to wait until the next day to report the issues. Also, in the morning we discovered the bathtub was not draining at all. By late afternoon the only thing fixed was the drained. I asked to be moved to another unit. It took some back and forth negotiating and the customer service representative did come through after I gave an ultimatum to found a hotel. We greatly appreciated the move to a better unit and for the customer service rep who handled our issues.

OK House. Manager unreasonable.

The house is OK, very conviniently located. There is no dining furniture in the living room, no table or chair. We should have noticed from the photo but did not pay attention. Just want to make sure other people note it. There is not enought bedding either. We only found two sets of sheets/blanket in the closet. We reserved the house for 3 nights. In the evening of day 2, there was a water outage. So no washing hands, no flushing toilet, no shower. We waited until the next morning, still no water. It is clearly impossible to live in a house without a working toilet. I called the manager to ask about canceling the last night, but was told according to the contract I signed to rent the house, we can leave whenever we like, but the rent for the last day won't be returned. We left a day earlier anyway since it was just impossible to live in the house under these terrible condition. I understand the water outage is not their fault, but we should not be punished for it either. What a vacation.

Nice little condo

The building overall needs maintenance but the condo overall was tiny but the condo was tiny but nice. Everything we expected. Pool area noce and clean. We love that there was an assigned parking space so there are no issues with any other owners or guests. The ac is somewhat noisy at night. We are in October so it didn’t work too much at night. Check in easy: they text the code and you are all set. Same for checkout. Would definitely go again.

Very convenient location, walkable to the beach. Check-in/out was very easy. The building (especially the staircase) is dated. The staircase is really old-fashioned carpet stairs which had some odor (seemed to me that it's due to the mugginess being close to the ocean) and "short" (can't place my whole feet on the steps, so it gave me a good sweaty workout which I was fine with). The condo was very clean with cute beach themed decors; it's small but has everything you'd need for a short stay. I like the layout of the condo and it feels home-y which gave me a better experience despite its shortcomings. The balcony does not face the beach. Most hardware and appliances in the condo appeared to be very dated. The sofa has stains. The AC/vent, washer and dryer all made lots of noise. Luckily I tried their white noise machine the second night and it worked surprisingly good to cover up all the noises. The bed was really comfortable though so I slept good. Rates were high due to the holiday weekend, to some it may not be worthwhile, but overall I am quite satisfied with my stay. Had a good experience with the beach lifestyle.

Wonderful Apartment with balcony ocean view

Always enjoy staying in this area, walk to the beach, coffee 1 mile away. Apartments are clean, well stocked, shower worked well, bed was comfortable. Other than 3 flights of stairs, apartment is great!
