Location is great, condo itself needs some upgrades

The location is great. The building and grounds were well maintained. Front desk staff were fine. Easy check in / check out which was nice. Maintenance staff were friendly. Umbrellas / canopies were not provided for the beach but there were lounge chairs available. Overall the condo itself was ok. The walls need repainted, mainly in the entryway and some areas by the balcony doors patched. Those issues were not a big deal, but took away from the overall look and is what is first noticedwhen walking into the condo. My main issue was with the mattress in the master. The master bedroom mattress was awful. It was very hard and I ended up sleeping on the couch. It looks like others have commented on this, some from over a year ago, so not sure why this hasn't been addressed. The twin headboards are not attached to the beds and the beds move easily. The 2nd bathroom drain did not drain well and my kids stood in water 6 inches deep while showering. The chairs on the balcony are older and you cant see over the railing if sitting down. The sink garbage disposal smelled when we ran water (we didn’t use the disposal but it clearly needs cleaned). We weren't in the room much as we were in town for the beach so I realize a lot of these remarks are petty, but some need to be addressed. The views were great. The condos were quiet and clean. We would stay in these condos again.

Summer Getaway

Our condo was absolutely beautiful. Very updated and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. My only complaint is the mattress. My husband and I did not sleep well at all because we are used to a memory foam mattress. Everything else about the condo we LOVED. The entire Sea Gull condominiums were updated and well maintained. The pool was very nice with wonderful landscaping throughout the property. The staff were always very friendly and helpful too. We really enjoyed our time here.

We love the seagull condominiums. They are located in a quieter area of the beach that is easy to access and the property grounds are kept so clean as well as the beach. The condo had breathtaking panoramic views of the beach. It was a very nice condo and our family enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous View and Condo!

The condo was as lovely as the images online. The sunrise our first morning was indescribable; filling the condo with color and light. The sound of the ocean, even with the door shut and tv on, was calming and inviting. The beach is right out the back door making it easy for morning walks. There’s an area to rinse off the sand before you re-enter the building. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful beach vacation with an amazing view of the ocean!

The property was beautiful and it had ceiling to floor views of the ocean! Very nice condo with cute beach decor. The condo had great beach access and they even set up canopies and comfy chairs for you. The pool and hot tub was great too! The condo had everything you need in it. It was Immaculate. The only complaint is the master bedroom mattress was hard. We will definitely be back. The Sea Gull Condominiums are great! Thank you,

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo was clean and inviting. We enjoyed going to the beach and the pool. In the evening, we would head to Port Aransas to enjoy the local restaurants and shops! We have stayed in Port Aransas several times and this was our favorite place to stay out of all of them. :)

Great first time VRBO rental!

Everything was as advertised. The most important to me was the view, pool and jacuzzi. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. Our expectations were all met. The beds were very comfortable. We found several hairs on the shower wall. Other than that, it was a great stay overall. Would stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay! We tried a new location this winter for our stay and really enjoyed the property, access to the beach and my favorite was being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. Condo was clean and so nice.

Great Stay!

This condo is located in the Seagull Condominiums on a beautiful part of the beach in Port A/Mustang Island. Upon arrival, we were so impressed with just how clean the lobby alone was! Check-in took all of maybe 5 minutes, smooth and efficient and up to the condo we went, where we found the condo to be just as clean as the lobby. The view from the condo is perfect and the sound of the ocean is readily heard from the 10th floor. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen was supplied with all the cooking necessities you would need. You are provided with plenty of towels, etc. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our stay and did not want to leave. I could go on but instead I will say "just book it". You'll be glad you did. We definitely plan to make this condo a "go-to" in the future for long weekends, etc. Thanks to the owners for sharing this gem with us!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a remarkably peaceful quick 2 night trip with our 3 young kids. The property was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked VRBO kitchens ever (a huge plus as someone who loves to cook!). The kids loved the view, and we especially loved that the master bedroom closet was plenty big for a pack and play. The proximity and ease of getting to the beach the real selling point with a handful of littles. This was our second time staying at Sea Gull (first time in unit 1008), but we will definitely be back.
