Dreaming of a private beach getaway? Look no further! Sandcastle Unit #135 is a dreamy 1st-floor efficiency condo for up to two guests that has been completely renovated and has beautiful views of the ocean and pool.

This sleek and well-designed space is the perfect place to unwind after a long day in the sun. The living area has fresh and modern décor, including a luxury king-sized bed, stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and adorable coastal touches. In addition to breathtaking views, there are also two lounge chairs that will be perfect for lounging and catching your favorite movie from the 42" TV. This condo also has just upgraded and installed a ceiling fan.

The kitchen includes full-sized stainless-steel appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you will need to prepare meals easily. A standard coffeemaker and Keurig are also provided, so for those early risers, be sure to take your favorite type of coffee along! There is a table and 2 chairs for dining.

This unit has a beautiful bathroom with upgraded brushed nickel fixtures and brilliant recessed and vanity lighting. The vanity has plenty of counter space to store personal toiletries and a combo shower tub. For additional storage space, there are also two closets in the bathroom, where guests can keep larger suitcases and additional pantry items if needed.

The view is sure to be the cherry on top of this lovely place! With direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and Port Aransas beach and the resort-style pool, guests will be delighted to be able to enjoy visiting with their significant other while soaking in the refreshing sea air.

Clean, comfortable, close to the beach

We had a lovely stay. The studio was plenty of space for 2 and the room was clean. Just 1 dead roach who was dispatched of quickly with no other bug issues on our stay. The balcony gave a nice, relaxing respite from the humidity with a nice sea breeze. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for aching muscles. The walk to the beach is 2-3 minutes and security made sure everyone was supposed to be using the facilities. Overall, great views, great relaxation and a wonderful stay.

It was just as advertised and maybe better. Great setup in the room and very clean. Great view of the gulf! The facility was excellent with a really nice pool and two hot and powerful hot tubs. It was a quick walk to the beach too. Definitely a great place to stay.

Offseason stay

We were a little disappointed with the fact the pool was inaccessible for most of our stay, especially after receiving no communication work on the pool was scheduled ahead of or around the time of our booking for about a month, including Monday-Thursday of our one week stay. Pool area was opened Thursday afternoon, but was very cold through the remainder of the stay. Aside from the pool, there was significant construction happening on site that was never mentioned during booking. Crews were demolishing portions of outside balconies on the pool side of the north wing of the building , as well as concrete/patch work in areas around the same area. Aside from all the uncommunicated maintenance/updates, the facility was decent. Room was adequate, the pickleball courts added to the stay, and quick walking access to the beach was super convenient.
