Boomer's Bungalow is the perfect home for your next family vacation getaway, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have private ensuite baths and a private pool. This home is conveniently located 0.3 miles to the beach and 0.9 miles to restaurants, shops and bars. Try out your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious counter tops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans and utensils. For the coffee lovers in the group there is both a regular drip, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living area has two sleeper sofas, all made for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite sports team on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, closet and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a tile stand alone shower. The master suite (BR3) has a King bed, closet, chest and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower with a glass door enclosure. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi connected Smart TVs. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet for your personal use. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off a day at the beach.
Cool off in the brand-new pool or lounge beside it while catching some rays. Pack your bags and bring the family to come stay and play.

Things to know:

Private Pool- Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Golf Cart Included - Subject to a $10 fuel charge, short term stays only
Wi-Fi- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Perfect Getaway

Loved the house. Close to the action on 11th street. Soo close to beach access you can walk. Added golf cart was amazing! Pool was fantastic and the house nicely outfitted. Great living/kitchen. Will definitely come back here again! Starter pack was great, but perhaps consider adding a few laundry pods for a load or two of laundry. Thank you. The Grays

Rental was as advertised. Beds clean and comfortable, AC kept cooling good. Pool was great. Loved the front patio with child proof gate at stairs. Only complaint was floor was really dirty when we arrived. Our feet got filthy Just walking barefoot in house as soon as we arrived so we kept shoes or socks on while in house. Mop provided is not sufficient for mopping that house and felt like we should have gotten clean floor for price paid.

Great house very close to beach but house could have been cleaner and the master bath had no toilet paper. The beds were rock hard which made it hard to sleep. The pool was great though and the property management was quick to answer emails!

We have visited Port A for years. Including Port Royal. This was the best place by far. Port Royal is great because of the pool and location. But for the price this was an amazing vacation.

Great home, but things need to be fixed

This is a great place, unfortunately the furniture needs updating. The pull out couch and one of the chairs were broken, so the sleeping arrangements are not as described. Sleeping arrangements can only accommodate 6 or 7 unless people are sleeping on the floor. Overall was still very nice.

Love this house

PORT A is our yearly summer get away and we always stay in the same rental, we decided to try this new house this year and this one will definitely replace the other!! Location is great, house is well kept, modern appliances and love that it has window coverings!! Only suggestion would be to add a small table downstairs, we cook most our meals on the grill and would have been nice to have a small picnic table. We will definitely book here again!!

Awesome Beach House

My family has stayed in many houses on Port A and this property is in the top five. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Close to the beach. The appliances are very modern and the private pool is a plus. Will definitely stay again!

Spacious Home- Poor use of Space

Rental has a large kitchen and all of the tools you need for meal prep. Living room needs more furniture. It can not even seat the 8 people that the property claims to sleep. Living room only contains a small, stained sectional and two side chairs. Cable box worked on the TV, but WiFi was not strong enough to stream/load internet TV such as Netflix. Rental is in a good central location with ample parking. Pool is nice and has a great completely concrete area around it. As previous renters have mentioned..no pool loungers or table by the pool. Would be much more enjoyable with more than just a few plastic chairs that are provided. Did like the fact that it had 3 bathrooms.

Great house

The house was great and in a convenient location. It was clean and I liked the extra bathroom by the pool. There isn't shade over the pool, but you can duck under the house to escape the sun.
