Mayan Princess 105 is a recently updated beach condo with a King size bed, two bunk beds and a Queen size sofa sleeper. Full service kitchen with breakfast counter as well as tile flooring throughout this condominium. Accessibility to the beach and swimming pools couldn't be any easier. Drive 9 minutes north or south for a plethora of restaurant options and convenient amenities in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Mustang Island State Park is just 3.8 miles away.

Living Area

Mayan Princess 105 has been recently updated with beach decor, furniture, and appliances; including an in-unit washer and dryer. New digital cable televison in the living area, as well as, a sleeper sofa and window treatment to block out the morning sun for those late sleepers.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen has been equipped with a stainless steel appliance package, new kitchen amenities, and cookware so you'll feel right at home in this kitchen space. There is a dining table for four and two tall chairs at the breakfast bar to accommodate everyone.

Primary En-suite

Mayan Princess 105 primary en-suite features a spacious walk in shower, a comfortable king size bed, and cable television with convenient Netflix channel access. A perfect space to relax and unwind. Mayan Princess 105 sleeps 4 with the en-suite king bed, built in bunk beds off the living area, or sleeper sofa.

Outdoor Areas

As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
