This COASTAL home will help immerse you into island life! RUBY TUESDAY is only a few minutes from the BEACH and a couple blocks to shopping and restaurants. It is centrally located to the rest of the Island. These NEWLY BUILT Station Street Cottages include all of the modern amenities you need during your coastal escape! Ruby Tuesday has 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms with an Ocean-inspired décor with natural elements of wood to keep it light and natural. The living space has a BRAND NEW comfy sectional for entertaining large groups of friends and a large flat-screen TV for exceptional viewing with a DVD/VCR player stocked with DVDs for family movie night. The kitchen extends from the living room with a breakfast bar and rattan chairs that complement the wooden details in this natural abode! Add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day! We are your one-stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach!

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair,r or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

I have never stayed in a place that I had to be conscious of how many trash bags I used or there not being enough toilet paper for the duration of my stay. I thought the property was pretty but the accommodations could’ve been much better. I won’t be booking with this rental company again that’s for sure. We could’ve stayed in a high end hotel for the same price or less and had more than enough amenities to last us.

Favorite unit

We have stayed in these units before and enjoyed it, however we really like the beds in this unit best-namely 2 twins instead of a queen in the middle upstairs room. It gave us more flexibility! Also, lots of towels were available! We couldn't get the ice maker to work but it might have been user error. Also note the living room furniture is not as pictured, there was less seating. This was not a problem for our group of 6 but could be for a larger group. Overall, nice place!

Great Location

Had a great time. Mold under sink form a previous leak but maintenance can day after we reported it. Dishwasher rubber trim was off and if we didn’t catch it a leak would of happened. Temperatures in each room are different. EVERY night people stayed in pool u til after midnight when 10pm is the cutoff. We called one night at 1:30 am when people were still in pool and no one responded the next day . Great location, walked to pizza place two nights. Crowded parking, people were parking on rocks right next to our cars.

We Love Ruby Tuesday!

This was our 5th stay at Ruby Tuesday. It feels like a second home. The only problem we had was a leak under the sink. This was not a knew problem as there was a bowl collecting water. Also, the TV in the living room would not connect to Direct TV. We called maintenance several times and they said there was a maintenance emergency somewhere else & it was on the list. The tv's in the other rooms worked so it was not a problem for us. The water would pool on the floor but easy soaked up with a towel. We will continue to stay here because the location is great and it accommodates 10 easily.

Perfect multi family home!

Traveling to the beach with six small children made finding a beach house very difficult. This house was big enough to comfortably fit all of us with room to spare! Having a pool right outside the living room window was a huge plus too! When we were ready for the beach we loaded all of our things into the car, drove for about 4 minutes and drove right onto the beach! As far as the house goes the decor was beachy but nice. It was very clean and smelled nice too! My ONLY complaint was that for the amount of people the house accommodated, there wasn't nearly enough towels. We ended up having to share and had to do laundry every single day. Also, having at least one all purpose cleaner for spills and messes would be nice to have. Especially with having small children! Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year!

Close to the beach and the main street with shops, restaurants and a grocery store. We found everything we needed at the grocery store and the prices were reasonable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals with and the appliances are awesome. We rented a buggy from KATZ for $115/day which was lots of fun. It is a short trip to the beach, so not a necessity but lots of fun! Our only meal out was a great pizza place at the end of the block. When we weren't at the beach, we were in the pool. Perfect for kids, adults too! The gate is designed so that it is difficult for a young child to open. We had a great time and absolutely loved Ruby Tuesday!!!

Dirty Dishes

The property was nice and as described. The dishes that were put away in cabinets and drawers were viably dirty some having food particles still on them! Nothing like going on vacation and having to wash all the dishes prior to using them. Check in process could use work! I had to reach out on the day of check in to get the instructions for check in! Once we checked in and cleaned, the rest of the stay was great!

Perfect layout

Property was in good condition and as described. Location was perfect in the middle of town and close to the beach. Ran into some issues with checking in on time but the management company was very communicative and kept in touch. Pool area was trashed by tenants but this is out of the control of the management company. Up to the the renters to clean up their trash. Overall the home was comforting and had everything you need.

Large Space and Central Location

This place was great! Perfect size for my extended family. Great central location and nice accommodations with the pool. I definitely recommend this spot for families and large groups. The management company was also very response and came out immediately with issues that were beyond their control. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in Port A! This is our second year staying at this same location and we couldn’t be happier! Plenty of room, great decor, close to town and the beach. Our group included four adults and four kiddos. Looking forward to coming back again next year 😁!

Spacious enough for 5 adults and 5 children ages 4 to 17 to have plenty of room to lounge, play and sleep! Only a few blocks from the beach and town. Great all you can eat Pizza close by. Swimming pool great for all ages. Private gate into pool has opening that young children can't open by themselves. Private patio between cottages with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Looking forward to returning next summer!

The place was so nice. Has anything you could need. Very roomy, loved the master bedroom downstairs separate from the kids. Plenty of seating in the living area. Pool area very nice and clean. The only issue we had was parking. We had two cars and golf cart and it was very tight. The neighbors had large vehicles and there was a couple of times it was very hard to fit. You cannot park on the street or block sidewalk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property in a good location. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. The only setback was that the two trashcans assigned to the Unit had not been emptied and they were overflowing with trash. I contacted the city of PA to see if they would empty them out and the City said that they were not emptied because the trashcans were too close to the street sign on the sidewalk. I called management and they were supposed to send someone over to empty them but no one ever came. Also, there needs to be a hose in the front of the parking garage to wash out ice chests, chairs, etc. Also, the units are close together and share a small pool. Once night the other guests were being loud at the pool into the early morning hours. I had to go down there and tell them to keep it down. These are my only concerns. They property was great and we had a fabulous time. We will definately be back.
