Welcome to pure paradise! This Rockport home is nested in a great location close to Rockport Beach, public boat ramps, and numerous local shops, and restaurants. Spend your days under the sun utilizing the community's pier and bay-view pool, or gliding across the water with one of the home's provided kayaks or your own boat, easily stored on the dedicated boat slip. All of your sun-soaked adventures can be followed by barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill and enjoyed al fresco on the patio or balcony.

Located on the second floor, the main living area offers a cheerful living room that boasts comfortable seating and a large TV. Steps from here, the adjacent well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an in-kitchen dining space. A nautical color palette and sea-themed decorations adorn each and every room.

In the bedrooms, everyone will adore the premium foam mattresses, blackout shades, private TVs, and ceiling fans. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the two Queen pullout couches. Central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, board games, and extra storage space in the garage round out the home's stellar interior perks.

As another day in paradise comes to a close, head for the second-floor balcony where you can enjoy watching the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues fill the sky.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Dedicated boat slip, with a stand-alone community pier great for fishing or watching the sunset



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
