Welcome to Ocean’s 96, where beach days begin with a short stroll to the sand and end with sunset views from your private balcony. Located in the heart of North Padre Island’s Village by the Beach community, this three-story townhome places you within easy walking distance of the shoreline and just minutes from Packery Channel, local seafood spots, and some of the coast’s most beloved natural stretches, including Padre Island National Seashore and Mustang Island State Park. It’s the kind of location that makes beach runs effortless and sunset drives unforgettable.

Inside, the home is designed for connection. The top floor unfolds into a bright, open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas blend seamlessly together. Coastal hues, warm wood flooring, and natural light create an inviting atmosphere that feels relaxed but elevated. The dining table for six anchors the space, while the spacious island offers additional seating for casual breakfasts or evening cocktails. The full kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to move from beach mode to dinner mode without missing a beat.

Two private balconies on the second and third floors extend the living space outdoors. Start your morning with coffee in an Adirondack chair as the coastal breeze rolls in, or wind down in the evening with a drink in hand as the sky shifts from blue to gold. The home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests across four bedrooms and two additional sleeping areas. The primary suite on the first floor features a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower—ideal for families traveling with little ones. On the second floor, one bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite walk-in shower, while another features a king bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third-floor bedroom includes a king bed and easy access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleeper sofas in both the main living area and the media room provide additional accommodations, ensuring flexibility and comfort for larger gatherings. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience, especially after sandy beach days.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This is a three-story townhome, with the main living area and kitchen located on the third floor. Please note there is no elevator access.

Parking Details:
- Two assigned parking spaces are located at the front of the property. Additional parking is available next to the fence, and guests may also park behind the property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We had a small field trip of teenagers for this stay. The house was great and very clean! We were a little shocked to find the living space on third level (I might have missed that information). It’s a lot to haul groceries up two flights, but overall enjoyable. I would just caution that the walls are very thin. You can hear every little footstep from the neighbors while you’re trying to sleep.

This is a nice place, very close to the beach and has access to two great pools. The foosball table needs some attention. The kitchen is all the way up on the third floor.We had trouble with the internet and the host got it fixed in a few hours.
