Welcome to the stunning Poolside Holiday House, a luxurious multi-family retreat located in the charming Sunflower Beach Resort. This exquisite property is perfect for large groups and multiple families, offering two complete homes separated by a private courtyard with a heated/chilled pool and a large fire pit for cozy evenings.

Main House:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The main 3-story house features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, including two primary suites with king-size beds and private balconies offering breathtaking ocean and dune views. The oceanside suite boasts a 7' x 8' walk-in shower room with two shower heads and a large soaking tub, while the poolside suite includes a luxurious walk-in shower.
Living & Dining: The top floor houses a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a massive island, and an 85” TV above a 72” fireplace. Enjoy sunrises and ocean views from the back balcony and sunsets from the courtyard balcony. An elevator will help move your groceries and guests to the 3rd floor.
Additional Amenities: The first floor includes two queen-size suites, a large bunk room, a living area, and a sand room with a full-size refrigerator, two washer/dryer stacks, and a large sink.
Courtyard: Step into the private, fully fenced courtyard to enjoy an 8 x 15 pool with ample seating. The pool can be heated in winter and chilled in summer. Gather around the large raised fire pit in the evenings to unwind and forget your worries.

Poolside House:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The Poolside House offers two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first floor features a bunk room that comfortably sleeps four and has a large ensuite bath. The second floor includes a primary suite with a king-sized bed and a luxurious walk-in rain shower.
Living & Dining: The second floor also houses a beautiful living and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling, a large island, and luxury appliances. A sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate two additional guests.
Additional Amenities: The Poolside House includes a full-size washer/dryer combination and access to one of the two large garage bays with an EV charger.

Things to Know:
Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
A golf cart rental will use a parking space.
Please bring coffee and filters.
Laundry detergent not provided.
Beach Towels not provided.
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building, projects or community improvements during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards making our community better for everyone.
We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Resort Events
Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property. Violation of this could result in it being towed.

Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.
