COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTÉ
Nemo Cay Resort D146 est dans une position isolée mais centrale sur l'île North Padre, vous donnant un accès facile à tout ce que l'île a à offrir. Nemo Cay Resort est le complexe idéal pour les familles qui souhaitent descendre et profiter du nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn ainsi que de nombreuses autres attractions de la région, y compris de belles plages, une excellente pêche, du golf, du surf et bien plus encore. Des kilomètres sans fin de plages balayées par le vent sont à seulement un mile (1,6 km) et plusieurs restaurants locaux sont à distance de marche et beaucoup d'autres sont à moins de 2 mile (1 mile).
Mais il y a aussi beaucoup de choses à apprécier au complexe, y compris une piscine communautaire de luxe, une piscine pour enfants, des fontaines à jet, des cabanes, des fosses de barbecue et une aire de jeux avec toboggans, balançoire à pneus et plus encore! Vous descendez en hiver? Ensuite, vous apprécierez vraiment la piscine chauffée! Tout au long du complexe, vous trouverez des palmiers côtiers et un paysage tropical luxuriant.
INTÉRIEUR
En entrant dans cette propriété au bord de la piscine, vous trouverez des intérieurs joliment décorés et des meubles confortables. Le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger ouverts donnent sur la piscine et sont parfaits pour se divertir. La chambre principale en bas et une chambre à l'étage sont équipées de lits king-size, l'autre chambre est dotée d'un lit double et de 2 lits superposés. Tous ensemble, il y a suffisamment de lits pour dormir confortablement dix.

Perfect little getaway

We were in town for a high school baseball tournament and this was the perfect little house. Plenty of beds for everyone (hard to find when you’re a family of 8). The stairs were a little steep for my youngest (2.5 years), I’d recommend keeping younger toddlers downstairs and bringing a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs. Otherwise they had everything we needed for some fun and down time between games, bring your own hygiene products and if your staying more than a few days, extra trashbags, dishwasher pods, etc. We loved the community pool, little playground and the location for getting to the beach. Great hosts!

Easy access to the pool as well. We have stayed at several Padre Escape condos and this one is definitely a fav! I can say the only disappointment we all had, was realizing we didn’t take the hand painted Birthday sign we had planned on taking home. It was so appreciated and thoughtful. We wanted to go back for it but we were half way back to San Antonio! 🥺 We’re definitely bummed about that. Thank you for making this trip another great trip through Padre Eacapes!

We did find that most of the dishes in this unit were sticky & spotty, so we loaded ALL of them in the dishwasher when we got there. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi & the TVs are very hard to figure out (maybe provide instructions). Everything else was great- very clean, well equipped/stocked, comfortable beds & nicely decorated.

There was a graduation party happening and another group partying like it was 1999. One group was pulling out beer bongs and had liquor bottles in the pool.. the other group had a large radio playing very loud music, like it was spring break. When We were in the pool it was very dirty. Cloudy w styrofoam floating around. I didn’t even know who to call to complain about the partying going on. We used the pool 1 time for about 30 min.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is very convenient. The check in and out procedures as well as communication was excellent. We were able to walk to several really great restaurants. We absolutely loved being right by the pool. We took a day trip over to Port A, and the local beach was very easy to get to. The condo itself was mostly clean. Linens were clean. There are minimal linens. The bedding is very thin. For those people that want more than a coverlet at night, bring extra blankets. The unit would benefit from having more than one single towel per guest. Providing pool towels would also be a great addition. The outdoor patio COULD be really nice too, but only 3 chairs. There was nowhere in the unit to hang extra towels from pool and only one shower towel bar(can’t accommodate towels for all guests). I do think this unit could be excellent. Some things that would set it apart would be outdoor furniture, upgraded linens, and decor.

Other than the water pressure in both the shower and sink upstairs the place was great! Our unit faced the pool so it was easy to watch the kids and a short distance to go in and out to pool , playground and bbq area .

The beds were very comfortable and very clean! Most of the condos only provide you with things like TP, trash bags, etc to start off with but we were provided enough to last throughout the 4 days we were there. Also, when I had questions all I had to do with text in and they would answer my questions immediately. The best thing was our condo was ready early and I was sent a text as well as a phone call to let me know. This was the best hospitality I have experienced in a while. This is definitely 5 stars for me!

It was a bummer to have the top bunk beds cracked so they weren’t safe to sleep on but luckily we didnt need them, we had enough other beds! The fire alarm randomly went off, but they said they do that because of humidity levels-the 2am one wasn’t awesome. The tv wouldn’t connect to allow us to watch anything (WiFi wasn’t strong enough to connect) and if we didn’t have little kids we wouldn’t have even tried to use it. But really everything was great. Loved the pool area, the kitchen had more dishes/supplies than most places we have stayed!
