There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free private Wi-Fi, cable tv, towels, linens and plenty of room to relax. Each bedroom will have a Queen-size bed there is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Winter Texans and long-term renters are always welcome. Please be aware there are external audio cameras on this property. This is a pet friendly rental. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is covered parking for two. Bring your boat, trailer, golf cart and other vehicles. Donât forget your fishing poles, surf boards, pool floaties and all of your gear. There is a secured storage/laundry room to keep your personal items. Relax on your covered balcony with the sounds and all of the gulf breeze feels. Furry friends are welcome to enjoy the private fenced yard.
