Fun place to stay. The pool was right out the door and just steps to the water for fishing. Our grandson had a blast catching so many ribbon fish. Very close and easy access to the beach. There were dirty pans but otherwise the unit was very clean. They were very prompt at closing the pool/spa at 10. So no late pool time. Parking is very tight for full size trucks but didn’t have a problem with finding a space.

Clean, comfy and quiet! The location of this unit is in direct sunlight in the late afternoon/evening hours and the storm door gets super hot. It looks like a tree used to be in the front of this property, which I’m sure provided great shade. Overall this was a nice getaway and you’ve got direct view of the bay upfront and of the ocean on the top floor. We would definitely love to stay again! The sunset is absolutely beautiful!!

The condo was ok...surface clean but could use a deep clean. Furniture and beds not very comfortable...a bit worn. Didn't like that full bath was downstairs and not upstairs with rooms. We spent most our time at beach so it was a good and inviting place to come back to. The padre escapes people were great!

On the water minutes from Beach

My son, daughter and her boyfriend stayed for 5 days to celebrate her birthday. The place was clean well stocked and on the water with fishing and a pool just steps away. The beach was a very short 2 minute drive. It’s close to the Island market a d easy access to padre pkway and all amenities. The host was extremely responsive. I had a minor issue with wifi which was resolved immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Sept Stay

Unit was very clean and loved that you could look out and see the ocean. Beds were very comfortable . We had a great time fishing off the dock and the lights helped out greatly for evening/night fishing.

Despite the Storm

Leeward Cove

Unit A1 faces the canal. The pool is on the side of this unit. Parking is narrow. The access to the beach was fast & easy (we drove the short distance). If you don't want to buy a beach permit allowing you to drive and park on the beach, there's a parking lot (with flushing toilets nearby) that has beach access. We had two reasons to contact management. The first one, they didn't do what they said they were going to do. The second they came four hours after reporting the issue.

Great spot on the water!

Great spot for our 5-stay on the island. Sat at the picnic tables to watch the sunset over the water every night. Front door was just a few steps from the pool. We used the dock (also a few steps from the front door) to launch our paddle boards. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay in this unit again!
