Beach vacation

The condo was comfortable and had the necessities required. The problem was with the showers, the 3 bathrooms were horrible if you wanted to actually shower. There was basically no water flowing thru the shower heads..

Great Property!

We had a great time at our VRBO. Everything was clean and nice, and it was just a short walk to the beach. At one point we managed to lock ourselves out, and the management came as quickly as they could to help us out. The pool at the property with a splash pad area was great too.

If it wasn’t for the smoking smell

The neighbor smokes cigarettes on his back patio and the smell enters the unit and makes it smell like someone was or is smoking inside the unit. Having the windows and door shut does absolutely no good when it seeps through the walls. This is a big issue when you have someone who is allergic and it does not state or warn of this prior to booking, so your stuck once you get there and find out how bad it is. Loved the location, but because of this we will not be rebooking.

Very nice vacation

Overall process very smooth. Had lot of towels, toilet rolls, hand soaps etc that lasted for our 4 days stay. Just enough space for family of four. Oven was bit dirty causing smoke when switched on.

Great beach getaway

Our large group recently stayed at two condos in this complex for a family reunion. We were very pleased with the clean and comfortable accommodations, ease of check-in and communication with management, and the proximity to a lovely beach. Highly recommend!

Close to the beach

We keep coming back to this property when we go to the beach. It is quiet, has plenty of space and beds, a nicely appointed kitchen, and close proximity to the beach. The property manager reached out to us before our stay amd was responsive to questions.

Perfect Vacation Spot for the Family

Booked this vacation location ultimately for my 1 year old toddler. Felt bad that this COVID-19 pandemic has kept him cooped up inside and unable to visit our local city playgrounds. This place had the perfect playground, kiddie pools and proximity to the beach for him to enjoy a week of playing outside and visiting with family. Enjoyed our stay the decor was very beach friendly and cute. Beds and couches were comfortable. Could not tell from the inside that you shared a wall on both sides with other units; super peaceful and quiet. Overall highly recommend this property and location. Family was very happy with their stay and wanted to make this a regular trip location! Pros: location very close to the beach and fishing. Pools are very nice and one is located a short walk outside this unit. Had plenty of parking spaces available. Place was well organized and clean. Love that you had pots/pans and dishes to cook. Washer and dryer upstairs was a lifesaver. Very happy that they were able to accommodate my request for a pack and play for my little one that still cannot sleep in a regular bed. He had no trouble adjusting to new sleeping arrangements. Loved that there was a back patio and a balcony upstairs attached to one of the rooms. Cons: some of the kiddie pool features were not working properly throughout the trip. Some patio furniture was wobbly/unsafe. Cloth chairs looked a little dingy from use but not a big deal. My sister had issues with the tub drain in her room (drained very slowly). They say that a maid service cleans prior to you coming but I found a used water bottle under one of the beds (not a huge deal but I have a toddler that puts everything in his mouth and loves water bottles. Just glad I found it first). FYI: this is a two story condo just in case you have elderly adults or children that have difficulty with stairs. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and laundry upstairs.

Great location and property

We love this property! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Would have gotten 5 stars but had to give four for 3 issues: 1. Fridge never made ice, 2. Patio chair was broken and never fixed and 3. Patio door would never stay shut without using a deadbolts.

Overall positive stay but was further from the beach than expected.

Overall this was a good property and the onsite pool and splash pad were great. Was a little further from the beach than I thought but that was my own lack of experience with this area. Would recommend if you already know the area and distance and amenities.
