COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTAIRE
Nemo Cay Resort D104 est une unité de deux étages au premier étage offrant un environnement sans soucis pour la détente et les loisirs, qui est la définition même de "vacances". Le complexe est situé dans un emplacement isolé mais central sur l'île North Padre, à côté du tout nouveau complexe de parc aquatique Schlitterbahn. Il s’agit du complexe idéal pour les familles souhaitant profiter du nouveau parc aquatique ainsi que des nombreuses autres attractions de la région, notamment de belles plages, une superbe pêche, le golf, le surf et bien plus encore.
Il y a aussi beaucoup à faire au complexe, y compris une piscine de luxe avec une piscine d'eau peu profonde pour les enfants, des jets d'eau, des cabanes, des barbecues, un jeu de palets et une aire de jeux avec toboggans, balançoire et beaucoup plus! Descendre en hiver? Ensuite, vous profiterez également de la piscine chauffée!

INTÉRIEUR
L'intérieur de cette unité est joliment décoré avec un thème côtier apaisant. Si vous venez regarder un match, vous apprécierez vraiment le téléviseur à écran plat 60 pouces et le bar de son dans le salon. La boîte de salon dispose également d'un service DVR pour les séjours prolongés. Ces propriétaires ont également ajouté HBO, Showtime et Cinemax pour votre plus grand plaisir. Chaque chambre est équipée de sa propre télévision et d'un lecteur DVD. Vous avez également votre propre réseau Wifi privé.
En bas se trouve une suite king, salle de bain complète, buanderie et salon ouvert, cuisine et salle à manger. A l'étage, il y a deux autres chambres qui partagent une salle de bain avec couloir. Une des chambres à l'étage a un lit king size et l'autre a un lit superposé double / avec un lit gigogne double et récemment ajouté un autre ensemble de lits superposés. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon pour deux invités supplémentaires.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Lake Padre. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There were some board games to play for various aged kids and adults. The kitchen was probably the best equipped that we have ever stayed. We always bring a box with cooking utensils because most places are lacking in that area but not this one. We loved the decor and the layout. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of space for toiletries and so forth. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

I believe we were issued 4 towels. We wouldve gladly reused washed and shared but laundry detergent wasn’t available. And trip back to grocery store wasnt an option for us once we settled in.

This property was clean, fully stocked, spacious and centrally located. I will definitely rent from Pare Escapes again! Their communication is great, staff are great to work with & professionals, on time and properties are exactly as described. Only recommendation I would give in the townhome is to put up a privacy fence on the back patio other than that I would recommend this property. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and one small dog.

The only complaint would be that we rented a golf cart, and due to their rules, we couldn't drive it to this place due to its location. So if you plan on a golf cart rental, it will be a hassle. Also, the place was clean but didn't smell clean, the fridge was clean but had a weird smell, which I feel would've been solved by using a nice smelling cleaning product. Beds and linens were clean, the washer and dryer were nice, they had a small pack of detergent which we used up while there.

However the one thing that kept us from enjoying our stay and coming back were the beds. The kids bunk beds were fine, but the king size beds were horrible and hard. I had a neck/back pain all weekend. I would suggest some mattress toppers.

We had planned to stay two nights but only could only stay the one night because there were no more rentals available. Padre escapes is gave us the difference back to our account and is giving us a discount on our next stay. I was upset we didn’t get stay both nights but at least the situation was handled in a professional manner.
