The location was close to the beach and was perfect for a couple or small family. The heated pool was nice and the property was quiet. Only complaint would be that the bed was not comfortable, for us. I could only get about 4 hours of sleep before my back pain would wake me up. Full disclosure, I am in my early 40's and do have back issues, but I can normally get about 6-7 hours a night before it bothers me.

Not sure why they reviewed me - they cancelled my

I keep getting asked to view a rental that canceled 2hrs before my checkin. Offered me a higher cost rental in a different complex that required a longer stay or two moblie ac units since my rental had a broken ac. I accepted the cancelation and refund and moved on to find a new place. 2hrs before I was to arrive in town. Soooooo... can't say anything good about it.

We had a great time! Condo was clean and centrally located to everything! Amenities such as the pool were also a big plus. Communication with management company was timely and smooth throughout entire stay!

Very Nice and relaxing stay...

We had a great time over spring break...the heated pool sure helped when the temperature dropped into the 50's. Condo was very nice and clean...just wish it had more window's or maybe skylights to brighten it up naturally. I did think all the additional fee's were over the top and I feel like all the pet fee's should be refundable deposits if nothing happened. My dogs do not shed and are supper clean...you wouldn't even know they were there. Just my thoughts. All in all it was a good trip.

Wonderful stay close to beach

Had a wonderful experience at this property! It was within walking distance to the beach, very clean and spacious! They also accepted pets which was very helpful. However, there were a lot of hidden fees ( both from VRBO and cleaning fees from the owner) so the price per day was significantly higher than posted rate.

Family Vacation

The condo was way more spacious than I imagined it would be. We traveled with our 7 year old and 5 year old. They slept very comfortably on the pull out bed and loved their stay as much as we did. The bedroom was large and the bed was so comfortable. The rental was so incredibly clean and just felt so perfect! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect spot for the wife and I during a kid free weekend. Loved the fact that you can park right at your front door! Very spacious and very clean. Will defiantly stay again.

The townhome over all had nice decor and was in a great location. Would have given it higher stars except the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable so didn’t get much sleep. Also the bathroom faucet sprayed water all over whenever it was turned on and the shower head didn’t have much pressure because the majority of the water was still coming out of the bottom faucet.
