Vous pouvez dormir 4 dans cette unitĂ© de beachview 2 apaisante qui vient avec un lit king size ainsi qu'un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. SituĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, cette unitĂ© sur le thĂšme de la plage comprend une chambre principale privĂ©e avec dressing, une cuisine ouverte avec un garde-manger, un coin repas et salon ainsi qu’une salle de bains adjacente.

Animaux acceptés pour un maximum de deux animaux à la fois.

Very well kept quiet property. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It seems like there have been some improvements since the last time I stayed at at this complex. I liked being able to walk down to the beach from the condo. The kitchen had the basics. I did miss having a can opener and potato peeler.

clean property with good furnishing - but several warnings

Good furniture and bedding. Trickle of water in the bathroom sink and a mirror so low you have to stoop to shave. Worst property management firm I have dealt with. Long and complex renters agreement and and late with check in information. I will aviod Pardre Escapces in the future.

Amazing and affordable

Check-in was a breeze and we even checked in early. The rental looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Just three minutes to the beach walk or drive. Pool was also a very relaxing spot when you didn’t want to be on the beach. I would highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

I think this property is very undervalued. The condo we stayed in was very updated with lots of amenities. The pool was a perfect temperature which was amazing to soak in. Finally, the beach was only a few steps away and was also pristine. El Constante made my first trip to Padre Island a truly memorable one and I will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was so easy and they had everything ready to go including pool bands and towels! Inside the condo, they provided a few trash bags, dishwasher pods, dawn soap and a few toiletries. H-E-B was only 15 minutes from the condo. Overall, it was very clean (medicine cabinet needs to be wiped out) but honestly, one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Quick walk to the beach! It was a beautiful and clean beach!

Convenient to beach and boardwalk

Perfect little beach condo for 2 adults and our 2 dogs. There is great grass for the pups to potty in front of the building that is a short walk from this condo. The king size bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked pretty well with plates/bowls and pots/pans, and there is a 12 cup coffee maker. Bring cooking spices/oil if you plan on cooking while you are there. The shower liner should be replaced (maybe to a washable/bleachable liner to be more sustainable) as there was mold or mildew on the bottom. There was a little mold on the lampshade in the living room. The blinds in the bedroom would not close all the way, so some light from the parking lot creeps in at night. The upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around a little bit, but to be expected with a 1st floor condo. There are 4 steps from the sidewalk up to the condo porch, so this unit is not wheelchair accessible or easily accessible for people with mobility issues. The employees at the front desk were super nice and provided towels for the pool. The pool was cool and has some shade throughout the day for a nice break from the beach. We had a great weekend and will be back to El Constante for sure!
