The Space:

The living room offers a plush sofa and armchair seating as well as a large, mounted smart TV for spending your downtime catching up on episodes of your favorite shows. Steps away, the fully equipped kitchen showcases all-black appliances, glossy granite countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed to whip up convenient meals at home. Gather the group together for formal dining at the table with seating for 6 or on 2 additional high-top stools at the counter. Let the coffee bar be your first stop in the morning on your way out to the shaded balcony, soaking in the fresh salty air as those first few sips help get you ready for another exciting day in paradise.



This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a twin-over-full bunkbed, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a no-pet property. Any indication of an animal on the premises during or after your stay will incur additional fees.

- Stairs are required for accessing the private entrance.

- Golf cart can be added for an additional fee of $100 per night

- Washer and dryer in home.

- A small driveway next to 301 is available on a first come first serve basis for 1 vehicle. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on the premises, but parking is NOT allowed in front of the garage or IN the garage. Spaces are available next to the pool. Fines will be issued if vehicles are parked in front of the garage.

- This home is equipped with two (2) security cameras. The first camera is located at the front door, actively monitoring the home’s entrance. The second is located on the garage, actively monitoring the driveway and golf cart.

Nearby, Corpus Christi is a great place to visit if you're looking for a beach vacation with a side of culture. The city has miles of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and plenty of sunshine. Visitors can take a trip to the Texas State Aquarium, home to over 4,000 marine animals from all over the world, or venture to the South Texas Botanical Gardens and Nature Center, home to a variety of plants and animals from all over the world. Relax on one of Corpus Christi's many beautiful beaches, such as North Beach or Mustang Island State Park, or take a day trip to the Padre Island National Seashore, a barrier island with over 70 miles of undeveloped coastline. No matter what you're interested in, you're sure to find something to enjoy here!

Beautiful condo

Overall beautiful condo and extremely clean pool and condo. Loved the beach toys and chairs that was a nice perk. Corner spot of the condo made it more secluded too. Location and parking was a little misleading but the golf cart was a must. Made the drive to the beach convenient. Please have sugar if you have a coffee bar. Condo had plenty of room for our family. Beautiful weekend in all. Thank you.

Wonderful Experience!

We have been going to Port Aransas to visit Whitecap Beach every summer for the past 10+ years, and this is the best condo we have ever experienced! It was extremely clean, which is HUGE to me. The location was perfect and the communication from the property manager was wonderful. My husband already wants to visit and stay here again before the summer ends.

Beautiful Beach Townhouse

We loved the property. We will be back. Things we loved: TV and all the programming Location! Price Decor - not cluttered Cleanliness - walls, furniture, bedding Carpet seemed new Beach toys, cooler, chairs and umbrellas to use Fluffy pillows, towels and bath mats Prompt response from on-site managers when problems arose. Soft toilet paper No bug problem Fire ladder in 3rd floor bedroom Decorated and comfy balcony Beautiful pool and easy access from 1st floor. Optional 8-person gold cart for rent Things need improvement: Communications between VRBO response, owner and on-site personelle. I was given different info. ie. You may not enter the property until 2pm./You may enter anytime after 12pm for a $30/hour charge. Here are 3 codes for the doors and the house alarm/ Here is one code and the house alarm is not for you to use. No, we do not have any beach items for use/Beach items were in the garage. The condo has many doors with locks, but no one has keys. So if you happen to accidently shut a locked door, they will need to get a locksmith to rip out the doornob for you to get in. I suggest they replace all the door knobs and get keys. Also, the front door has 3 locks on the inside of the door but only one on the outside. So if you leave the condo through another door and try to get back into the main front door, you're outta luck. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned out on the inside. Could use some plasticware for kids and tupperware for storage of food in the fridge.
