We stayed for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were ok, the noise coming from outside all night long was awful even on the 12th floor. There was no mention of the noise being an issue when I booked the hotel however once you get to your room they have a sign. They apologize for the noise and I get that there is nothing they can do but if they are aware it's a problem then it should be mentioned when booking the hotel. On our third night there was a bunch of kids running up and down the hallway and they were intentionally slamming doors. By 1:30 in the morning I had enough and called the front desk which took forever for them to answer. I explained the issue and instead of sending security they offered to put me in another room. It was 1:30 in the morning and I was not the problem, I should not have been even offered that. They should have addressed the issue and sent security. 2:00 rolls around and yet no security, finally my husband went to the front desk and security was there, he had the nerve to ask my husband what he wants them to do about it. WHAT THE HECK!! IT'S CALLED DO YOUR JOB!! 2:30 comes and we hear banging, it was the cops, our neighbor next to us had called them since security lacked doing their job. The cops told the guest to quite down and by about 3am the noise stopped. I took a picture, there were over 20 kids in a single room and the hotel was fully aware and allowed that! It was awful and I will never return to this hotel again.
