This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Old Town home is perfect for family/friend gatherings. The home has its own private, heated pool. The first floor provides a king bedroom with a private full bathroom (the stairs to get to the main living area are outside of the house, so please keep this in mind for younger children). There are two washer and dryers on the first floor for your convenience. The second floor is situated with an open spaced living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a master king bedroom with a private full bath, a queen bedroom, and an additional full bath. The third floor is equipped with a master king bedroom, full bath with a tub, a bedroom with two twin bunk sets, and play area with TV/Nintendo console. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV along with the common areas. The home has abundant outdoor living spaces. The pool side area is equipped with an outdoor shower and gas grill. The second and third floors boast both front and rear porches. Enjoy a beverage and the ocean breeze on the rooftop deck with a stunning view of Port Aransas, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. Many of Port Aransas' best restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Keep the sand out of your car and take advantage of the short 10 minute walk to the beach or rent a golf car. Skip the line at the store and fill up your fishing or beach coolers from the large, private ice machine in the accessible garage.

This is a great property for our family getaway over spring break. The separation of the downstairs bedroom allowed for our teens to have their own space which was perfect. The location is awesome where you can walk or take golf carts everywhere. It’s really close to Trout Street, Sip Yard and beach access. We were surprised by a small cemetery that’s located on the lot behind the property, but thankfully it didn’t bother the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this beach house! It was perfect for our group of 10 women. Short golf cart ride to the beach and walking distance to dinner & nightlife. The pool was so warm & relaxing! The property was very clean and the outdoor spaces were tidy.

Start off the Summer

Perfect location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Sip Yard was a cool little spot to spend on Friday night. And we're sure pretty sure John Quiñones was staying next door. We were waiting for a "What would you do", moment when we were out. Overall a perfect place to stay.

Wonderful home & location

The home was wonderfully located, walking distance from many restaurants, bars and shopping. Close to beach access as well. Home was clean and lots of space for big families or groups. Beds were wonderful! Host was very helpful and communicative, helped us with golf carts as well. We will be back!!!

Great weekend at Old Town Road

We visited Port A for the Billfish Pachanga tournament and shared this home with 3 other couples. It is a beautiful place with a warm and helpful owner. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large group, but be advised that the dining tables are al fresco. The evenings were breezy and nice, so this was not a problem for us. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool - perfect water temperature and in the shade. Plenty of fans and cold AC inside. Great location convenient to the beach and town, highly recommend this place!

Family Get Together

Great property. Needed to know which of the three (with the same address)we were assigned to - would have been nice to know ahead of time along with the check in process. We were told there was a key under the mat that we never found but the door codes worked well.The gas grill did not work very well - in need of repair or replacement. We had a delightful time!

Great spot for family and friends.

Great location, near restaurants and nightlife. 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, plus a 4th floor observation deck. Small pool. Limited parking with no street parking. The property host was very helpful.

Don’t stay if it’s raining

This is a nice house but obviously built only for temporary guest. There is no where to hang clothes because there are no closets. 2 rooms had small racks to put things on other than that you have to put your clothes in the floor. Also not near enough trash cans. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there and you cannot sit outside because the balconies are not sealed to keep the rain from pouring on you when go out so we were stuck inside waiting for rain to let up to go to the next floor. There were 0 kitchen towels and not enough bath towels for showers for 14 people. We were also told an air mattress would be delivered but we never got it. The ice maker in the garage does not work. One burner on stove doesn’t work. And there is no extra bedding. The location was good.

Favorite vacation spot

Our family loved the house and very close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for extra family or friends to stay. Host was super easy to be in contact with and very polite and responsive. Only thing I would add is since no closets in bedrooms dressers would be nice. Having 2 washer and dryers were awesome to have with several family members. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. We would definitely rebook this house. 5 stars!☆☆☆☆☆

This house was not only beautiful, but was the perfect location!! You are literally walking distance to everything in-town! The layout of the house was perfect for our big group. If you want to be in the action of Port A, this is your place! It’s the “whole package”! 💯
