At âSouth,â enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. The main living space is designed for effortless gathering, featuring high flat ceilings, abundant natural light, and an open-concept layout that flows seamlessly throughout the home. A large sectional sofa and two accent chairs surround a 65-inch Smart TV, creating a comfortable space for movie nights or casual evenings in. Direct porch access enhances the indoor-outdoor living experience, while the kitchen serves as a true centerpiece with KitchenAid appliances, a chefâs stove with six gas burners and a convection oven, and generous counter space for preparing meals. Seating for four at the island and dining for eight make it easy to host family dinners or entertain friends.

The home features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one powder room, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. Each bedroom includes a private en suite bath, offering both comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and access to a private balcony, while two additional guest rooms are furnished with queen beds. A dedicated bunk room designed with teens in mind includes four twin bunks, direct access to the front porch, and a PS5 gaming console, making it a favorite retreat for younger guests.
