My family of 4 had a great stay! The location was perfect; near the beach but on the quiet side of the channels. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The place was clean and had great storage for everyone to put away their things. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised and met our needs perfectly.It was equipped with the essentials of daily living and had a great beachy vibe. The in-suite laundry was a real bonus and nice to have. Our only suggestion would be to clean, replace or a put slip cover on the loveseat in the living room. We would not use it because it was so dirty and stained.We would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

A few issues upon arrival but contacted the management company. They were able to resolve in a timely manner. The pull out couch was quite dirty and stained
both side of the cushions. The pool with slides was ok but wondering how sanitary it is as there were pigeons nesting everywhere and pigeon droppings all over the slides - even pigeon droppings floating in the water. Not sure who is responsible for pool maintenance but this really should be addressed. Location was convenient to Whitecap Beach. We have stayed at other properties under this particular management company and prefer those but this was OK for the few days we were there.

Small condo in great location

Very nice, fully remodeled condo in a great location. Very close to public beach. Two pools, one with a splash pad and the other with a few slides. Understand that this is a small, 1-BR condo. There are bunk beds but they are in the hallways between the kitchen and bedroom (which is spacious). All cooking equipment you would need is provided, although space is very limited so you probably wouldn’t have any room to actually cook. Very clean on the inside. Only issue was that there was a women’s razor cover left in the shower which makes us think that it wasn’t cleaned (plus if you look at the base of the shower you can tell it hasn’t been). Otherwise, very good rental with no issues.

We booked this place a little worried that it wouldn’t be like the pictures but took a chance. It was exactly like the pictures and good reviews. Easy checkin , enough beds to fit our family, close to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be booking again .

Great vacation rental!

We had a great stay! We loved the layout of the space, the property location, and the pool. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area. We did have an issue with the TV not working the last 2 days of our stay. We called to let management know and they had someone there to look at it the next day.

Cute Place!

It was the perfect weekend getaway! The big girls loved the bunk beds and the bedroom was big enough to put the baby in the pack n play. They loved that there was 2 pools and the waterslides. So much fun!

Nice visit!

It's a lovely little condo a couple of minutes from Whitecap. The upgrades are beautiful! However, the lock is faulty (maintenance never came), the couch is very dirty, some linens were missing, seat cushions torn, the toilet seat is badly stained, etc. The pools were great aside from the fact that the water was very dirty and cloudy. I did not get in. Levels need to be checked.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely property in a prime location. Property amenities were perfect for kids, and we all had a great time. There is some construction as other units on site are still being built; however, the noise isn’t obnoxious and is not close to this unit. We will be back!
