This large, beautiful home is located in the Mustang Royale beachfront community. The coastal d is carried throughout with an inviting and sophisticated feel. The new boardwalk that is now Golf Cart Accessible is a wonderful added extra to haul all of your items to the beach. The game room/bedroom will keep the kids busy for days.
The ground-floor foyer leads to the guest bedroom, complete with a King bed, nightstands, suitcase stand, dresser, and TV. Take in the view of the pond with access to the back patio from this room. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower and plenty of counter space for your toiletries. For your convenience, the laundry room has a full-size washer, dryer, and an area for ironing and hanging clothes. The bonus room/bedroom is accessed through the garage. This is the perfect area for the kids to stay and play. Play a competitive game of basketball, chess, checkers, or Pac-Man. This room also has a sink for washing and cleaning up. Walk out the French doors to the covered patio where you can grill, eat at the picnic table, relax in the porch swing, or walk a few steps to the pond and cast a fishing rod.
Venture upstairs to find the family/dining area and 3 additional bedrooms. The second level is covered by tall ceilings and access to huge balconies both in front and back. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining for 8 at the large dining table with an additional 2 at the breakfast bar. Catch your favorite sport or movie while lounging on the plush sectional. Walk out to the back balcony to take in the water view of the pond that wraps around the side and back of the house. There is a half bath in the hall for your convenience. The third bedroom by the stairs can also be used as an office. It consists of a twin daybed, pull-out Twin trundle, desk, closet, and doorway to the front balcony. The master bedroom off of the kitchen has a King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and sitting area perfect for reading a book. Hang your beach attire in the walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-alone glass-enclosed shower and double vanities. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony in the ocean breeze from this bedroom. Up the landing, a half-level is the Crows Nest with views for days. This separate space has a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Cool off in the new pool on the side of the home that can be heated during the winter months. Pack your bags and bring the family for a vacation to remember.
