Weekend Getaway with Friends

The Jewel of the Nile was such a wonderful location for our stay! It was clean, super comfortable, and all the space was perfect for newborns and a toddler. Perfect kitchen for home cooked meals too. We had so much fun making memories with our friends!

Family fishing trip

We stayed Thursday night through Monday morning. We selected this property as my father had booked a guided fishing trip out of marker 37 over the weekend. This location was six minutes from H-E-B, and it only took 13 to 14 minutes to get out to the marker. The beds were very comfortable, and there was tons of space! The pool table was a fun addition!! I would definitely recommend us to families or anyone was more than four people doing a trip to corpus!! I was able to check out the Texas State aquarium and see the USS Lexington in the bay! It was a fun trip!.

Family Memorial Clean Up

If you are looking for a home away from home place to stay in Corpus Christi this is the place to stay. We've stayed at lots of rental and this by far is the best property we've stayed at. The house is fully stocked from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom. Our host Karen was great and answered all our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

Fabulous house!!!

We could not have been more pleased with this house! It’s bigger than it looks in photos and is beautifully renovated! Everything you could possibly need was available including all beach needs! Karen (host) was extremely responsive and helpful with some last minute changes. We give this house an A+ rating and hope for a chance to be back soon!!

This was a very beautiful home in a good location as well there was a small incident when we first got there but contact with the property manager was very easy and she replied in a timely manner check out was smooth and easy and again she was very sweet we forgot some electronics and she was kind enough to let us know and let us pick up we would definitely book this home again if we decide to have another vacation in corpus !!

Another Great Stay!

This was our second year booking this property for our annual girl's trip, and again, everything was perfect! The house is clean, modern, and well decorated. The beds are so comfortable, communication is stellar, there is an abundance of towels, and the location was exactly what we wanted. I will book this property every time it is an option when I travel to Corpus.

Very nice home!

This is a very nice home for a weekend getaway in Corpus. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and grill on the patio was convenient. The beach, bars and restaurants all were close. Finally, the owner is very nice and friendly. We had an excellent time.

great place for larger group

This is a great place to stay with a larger group. Lots of space to spread out. Location is good (easy access to highway going down to Padre Island). I wasn't quite sure what to make of the neighborhood as a whole (several houses had bars on windows, including this house - however, maybe that is more common in Corpus Christi). Having said that, we had no issues at all, and would not hesitate to return and stay here again.

Family reunion.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, plenty of towels and beach towels. We used the charcoal grill one night and ate out or did take out the other evenings. The kitchen is well equipped. We would stay here again.
