Situé directement sur la plage, vous adorerez jouer le long des plages de sable fin et vous immerger dans les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Passez un peu de temps à vous détendre au bord de la magnifique piscine communautaire chauffée toute l’année, reposez-vous dans le bain à remous, puis profitez d’une partie de shuffle board sur l’un des deux courts. Vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner? Ensuite, profitez d'un dîner dans l'un des restaurants à proximité.

INTÉRIEUR
Ce condo élégant et récemment mis à jour offre une sophistication, des vues spectaculaires et, plus important encore, la détente. Profitez de la sophistication et de la beauté de son design épuré et des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe depuis presque chaque pièce, y compris une vue spectaculaire à 180 degrés depuis la superbe salle.
Des comptoirs en granit étincelant et des appareils en acier inoxydable invitent le chef de famille à préparer de délicieux repas dans la grande cuisine ouverte. Pendant que le chef de famille prépare le dîner, le bar du petit-déjeuner constitue un lieu de rassemblement informel pour récapituler les activités de la journée. Après une longue journée de divertissement au soleil, vous adorerez vous détendre sur le balcon en bord de mer tout en dégustant votre boisson préférée le soir et en écoutant les vagues déferler sur la mer. Après avoir attrapé des Z dans l'une des deux chambres ou un canapé-lit dans le salon, vous pourrez vous réveiller et tout recommencer.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect and the area was very low key. The condo itself was exactly as described - very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Our favorite part was waking up to the ocean view right in front of us. Thank you for a great time!

Property is nice. View is outstanding. Spent most of our time on the deck. Appreciate the tall deck chairs. Condo needs some TLC like missing bolts, kitchen cabinets that need adjusting. Didn't care to have office light grill every time I wanted to use it. Hot tub doesn't open until 10am, should be earlier.

Very bad experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were going to have a late arrival as my 7 yr size ld was sick and we had informed Padre escapes on time in the morning. We were assured that the keys would be left with the watch man of the Gulf Stream property. However when we reached there at 2am and met the security we were told he did not have the keys. Plus we were told that apparently our names were not on the reservation. We had two kids and an elderly parent and In the middle of the night we have to find accommodation at another hotel. We had to pay more around $350 for this late night booking at another hotel. The following morning when we called up the padre escapes office nobody seemed to be ready to acknowledge the problem and somebody just went ahead and canceled our whole reservation.. one of the people who were talking to since morning just left for lunch and we had to repeat tge whole story to others.. This was preposterous! Then later after us calling them several times they booked us back into the same property and at the same rate. No aologies or compensation were provided to us and it was horribly to see that kind lack of accountability!! Will never go back!

Beautiful view but Dishes Made us sick.

We loved the location and the home was clean except for the dishes. I kept noticing little bits stuck in cups, bowls, etc and then when we went to use the dishwasher it only stayed on for about 30 seconds. There was no cable for the first few days and we had to wait on the cable guy which ruined that days plans. I didn't want anyone in our room while we were gone, of courseLuckily, on that day we were running to the bathroom because of the dirty dishes we had used so it was going to be a day inside anyway. The only other thing that was missing from ojr stay was privacy and blackout curtains. I will definitely book again in those condos in a room that has a private Master Bedroom and one where its not so bright inside so we can sleep in a bit if we choose to. The pool was wonderful and the whole property was great! Hoping to visit again next year!

213 is great!

Unit 213 is great! We chose it because the back bedroom has a bunk bed set up with a huge queen bed which is perfect for our three boys we travel with. Property mgmt is super responsive (Padre Escapes). We had an issue with the AC not working and leaking water all in the unite and Padre Escapes and Gulfstream both responded quickly to resolve the issue.

The pool was large enough for a lot of people. The room 213 was beautiful and decorated like home. It was very clean. My only complaint was the windows from the bedroom looking out on the ocean were so dirty it was hard to see out of them.

No hot water out of shower head in bath with tub. Had to either take a bath or all four use shower in one bath. Maintenance checked tub temp but not shower. No action taken to correct problem.
