La Mirage Condo 319 Beachfront Resort Condominiums with Private Boardwalk

Welcome to Unit 319, where all six guest have their own bed. This unit had a 100% renovation, newly furnished and decorated with your comfort in mind
The kitchen has been opened up with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. It has all-new stainless steel appliances with a built-in air fryer in the stove. Also, a Keurig single serve as well as a 12-cup coffee maker. Many pots and pans, and utensils, as well as a crockpot.
The dining room seats 6 at the table and 3 more at the counter.
The living room has a full couch, 2 recliners, and an armchair, a large TV on a cabinet, and end tables with USB ports mounted in the rear.
Master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, dresser, and walk-in closet. In the master bath, we have plenty of open shelves and a brand new vanity. The master tub and shower have been newly tiled.
The second bedroom has 2 sets of custom-built bunk beds, one is twin size and the other is XL. All bunks have ladders and headboards, and sideboards for your safety. Each bed has its own niche with a light, an outlet, and a USB port. The ceiling fan is caged to prevent fan blade injuries. All bunks were built to handle adults easily.
Our laundry has a full-size washer and dryer and a wet clothes hanging rod and many cabinets, and a granite cabinet top for folding clothes.
The patio has a table and 4 chairs, two reclining chairs with ottomans, and two taller chairs for ocean viewing. All chair groups have an end table. The patio provides beautiful views of the Gulf and Corpus Christi Bay; the ocean sounds are mesmerizing.
Unit 319 was put together for short or long-term stays, and we know you will enjoy the unit.

The condo was in good shape and clean with a very nice veranda. It had a partial ocean view. The pools were nice and clean. The boardwalk to the beach was very convenient. The overall property is very run down and offers nothing to purchase, not even ice.

Great location

We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed it. The condo is lovely. My only suggestion is to be sure to have extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying for more than a few days. They only supplied us 1 extra roll of each and we were 4 people for 6 days.

My overall impression of the property was amazing. The property was well cleaned and stocked with necessary cooking items/tools. Bathrooms were kept nicely up to date. The master bed was very comfortable, enjoyed my night's sleep on it! Thank you for the welcoming and clean condo!

Great family stay

This property is on the corner of the complex making it feel very private. Pretty view of the gulf from master, living, and kitchen. You can hear the ocean from the balcony which has plenty of good seating.Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great. An easy walk to the boardwalk walk and on down to the gulf. The pools and game area are very nice and shaded in the evening. Much prettier and bigger than the photos show. Affordable and beautiful.
