The kitchen has been opened up with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. It has all-new stainless steel appliances with a built-in air fryer in the stove. Also, a Keurig single serve as well as a 12-cup coffee maker. Many pots and pans, and utensils, as well as a crockpot.
The dining room seats 6 at the table and 3 more at the counter.
The living room has a full couch, 2 recliners, and an armchair, a large TV on a cabinet, and end tables with USB ports mounted in the rear.
Master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, dresser, and walk-in closet. In the master bath, we have plenty of open shelves and a brand new vanity. The master tub and shower have been newly tiled.
The second bedroom has 2 sets of custom-built bunk beds, one is twin size and the other is XL. All bunks have ladders and headboards, and sideboards for your safety. Each bed has its own niche with a light, an outlet, and a USB port. The ceiling fan is caged to prevent fan blade injuries. All bunks were built to handle adults easily.
Our laundry has a full-size washer and dryer and a wet clothes hanging rod and many cabinets, and a granite cabinet top for folding clothes.
The patio has a table and 4 chairs, two reclining chairs with ottomans, and two taller chairs for ocean viewing. All chair groups have an end table. The patio provides beautiful views of the Gulf and Corpus Christi Bay; the ocean sounds are mesmerizing.
Unit 319 was put together for short or long-term stays, and we know you will enjoy the unit.
