This second-floor condo accommodates six guests and is your key to relaxation in Port Aransas. Freshly painted teal walls put you in the beach mood as soon as you step in. The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a beautifully tiled backsplash, and is equipped with dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. There are four stools to enjoy meals at the breakfast bar. The bright living room has a couch and four accent chairs to accommodate everyone. The wooden and wicker furniture matches perfectly, and tropical colors and patterns bring the beach inside to you. There is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and large windows looking out to the balcony. Step out to the balcony to catch a glimpse of the Gulf over the dunes or overlook the shared pool and courtyard. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of two Full beds and white wicker furniture that matches the soft teal walls. There is a flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable all day. The attached full bathroom is made up of granite countertops, double vanity, a hairdryer, and pretty blue accent tiles around the tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a Queen bed and white wicker nightstands on each side. The hall bathroom is made up of a vanity and a large tile and a pebble walk-in shower. Amenities include TV, wireless internet, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, and beach access with walkways over the dunes.

The hot water heater smells like sewage I would not art here again. The property was nice and the view was nice as well but overall I would prob stay somewhere else because of the awful smell. Thank you

Good property in a nice location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very easy walking distance to the beach and a short drive to most restaurants on the island. The condo did have a certain smell, but we got used to that after a few hours.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect home for my first vacation alone with my 2 boys. Lots to do, close to town but most of all secluded. It was wonderful, I highly recommend this home.

Great location

The location was amazing - both in the city and near to everything, and also right at the beach. The pictures make the boardwalk look long, but it was really a 2 minute walk and you are at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed except couldn’t find a cutting board. Loved that there were plenty of towels provided. The walls seemed thin between units but luckily no one seemed to stay in much so it didn’t matter. There was no elevator for our unit so if stairs are an issue a 1st floor unit would be best. Overall a nice stay.
