Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 5 in Port Aransas.

We are open 9am-5pm Monday - Sat and 10am-3pm on Sunday. We also provide 24/7 guest support.

Everything was great except the construction that was going on above us . Woke us up early in the morning and in the evening (7:00 pm) they were working so loud we were unable to hear our tv or visit. Wish we would of had a heads up on the construction going on , might have postponed our trip.

This property was easy to find and had great access to all that Port A has to offer. The beach is a short walk from the condo or you can drive on the beach. Great communication from the management company throughout the visit. Overall, my family and I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The surface view of the place was nice, except that there were crumbs of food left on the futon in the bedroom. The futon was very hard to sleep on. The bed was not in good shape only one person could be on it at a time because you would sink in the middle leaving you sleeping on top of each other the whole night. The air up mattress deflated in the middle of the night not completely but close. Over all we were able to make things work for the weekend. We really like the location and the pool area.

This until was even better than the pictures showed it to be! It was clean, well stocked and decorated to give you a real beach vibe. We loved the view out the window and it was easy to watch the kids play outside. We will definitely return to this great condo!

Great location

Everything you could need and more is provided. It was a full house as in complex busy, but there was enough parking and you barely heard anyone. You are walking distance to beach, the jetty, a coffee shop and the Port A Beach lodge. Great place!

The location was great, the pool was a hit with my children. The condo itself was awesome and was very pretty. Only thing I needed was the laundry room door code and no one called me back with it. (After hours number was called) overall great place!

Not good at all.

If I could give zero to this property I would. Communication was terrible. I called regarding a question for parking our trip is now over and I’m still waiting on a response 😒.. roaches everywhere, floor was dirty, smell bad (humid and moldy, old beat up furniture, dirty furniture, stains on couches, no salt nor pepper, only 1 toilet roll. You are not allowed to lower the temp pass 75, nothing to wash dishes with and they expect you to wash them. Oh did I mentioned like 10-15 roaches. We left after 1 night. Our trip was for 3 nights but we had enough on the first one. Worst experience ever.. zero stars

The apartment was perfect and we were not bothered at all by any noise from repairs.

ok at best. Sports fans beware...

Property is ok. There were loooonnnng black hairs in the bathroom and bedroom and the pot and pan selection was scarce. What was available had a grimy coat of grease/or sticky residue. We like to cook a full blown breakfast. There were not enough pans to do eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and pancakes all at the same time. TV Cable options were slim. We had to purchase sports that would have normally been on regular cable due to the fact this unit has a Ruku stick. Probably wouldn't not been a big deal except it was the US Open. And after that, soon to be Hurricane Nicholas started moving around the Gulf and the weather channel was not an option either. Was the lack of regular cable a deal breaker.. kinda. This property will not be in our personal "keeper " list of places in PA. Meh.

We took our three grandchildren to Port A. It rained pretty much the whole time & we didn’t get to enjoy the beach. The pool at the property was great! The unit we stayed in had everything we needed & large enough for everyone to have their own space. There were games in the unit that we enjoyed. I would recommend this unit!

The pool attendant was rude to my children. People the frequent the condos said they have never been forced out at a certain time. But, the attendant made sure to come to my children at 10 every night and tell them “you have to get out of the pool now!”
