Gulf Shores 404 Fourth Floor Beachfront View 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo

This beautifully decorated country western style condominium has a king-sized bedroom and a sliding divider can create a second bedroom with 2 queens overlooking spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico in Port Aransas. Dining table seats 6 and the kitchen island comes with 2 stools. Fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and cookware. Light oak wood makes the space bright and airy, and a beautiful dark wood wall hanging welcomes you to the space. Pops of blues and greens complement the clean and bright space, and fun beach-inspired decor will make your stay joyful.

A wall of sliding glass doors ensures your view of the ocean is never blocked, and the cozy living room has plenty of seating to relax and enjoy that view. In your private balcony you will enjoy bar height chairs so you can see the sunrise before anyone else!

Located about 7 miles from downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Beach driving access is conveniently a mile north and south from Gulf Shores or You can just walk down our boardwalk and enjoy the sand between your toes!


Amenities include: Free Wireless Internet (WiFi), Cable TV, coin operated on-site laundry, pool, hot tub, BBQ pits and fish house. Indoor game room features an indoor shuffleboard, board games and a 42 in. TV.

Will be coming back again next year! The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Everything was clean. The only negative was the toaster. It didn't work well at all but that is a very minor thing. We all enjoyed our stay and plan to go back. The beach was clean and not crowded at all

Great location and property

Incredibly close to the beach and yet still tranquil despite the raucous 4th of July crowds. Easy to spend time on the beach and head back to the condo. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

The accommodations were just as presented. The view of the Gulf with its breaking waves was truly dramatic. The service department and folks at the desk were excellent and dealt promptly with the few issues we encountered.

Great View

The unit was very well appointed with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The views through the extra large sliding patio doors were spectacular. Great location, far enough away from the rush, but not so far that you can’t access the niceties of the city. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Perfect beach eclipse visit

We came down for a weekend to watch the eclipse. The comfy hammocks out front were perfect for eclipse watching. The condo is exactly as pictured, well decorated and equipped, and an up-close view of the gulf.

Great Condo + Horrible Communication ---> Not Coming Back

The unit is updated and has a fantastic view of the beach. Unfortunately, the team at Gulf Shores failed to give us timely access to the unit. We had to make arrangements at another hotel due to lack of communication where we couldn't access the unit until 9pm the night of our arrival. 30 days later, we're still unresolved on being charged for the night we were unable to access the condo. Too many other options, in Port A, to deal with this kind of service. Won't be back.

Great property!

We had an amazing stay. The location was unbeatable - far enough from the crowds to allow plenty of room on the beach. Management was wonderful - even called right before the office closed to check on us and give us the lock code since we would be late. Highly recommend!

Sneak to the Beach

We had to be in San Antonio for conference that ended on Wed. We were going to be within a couple hours drive of the beach so we booked this gem for a couple nights before heading back to North Dallas. It was perfect and we had 48 hours of beach fun and bliss. It is an older property but this unit is updated and cute. And the views from the patio are breathtaking. When they say they are right on the beach they mean it. Staff was very friendly and courteous and property clean and well kept. Beach here is drivable and also great for walking without shoes. Great place!
