Fun family get away,located first floor,private balcony with beach view,studio kitchen ,wifi access with cable ,2 pools including one heated pool during fall/winter,minutes away from located attractions such as USS Lexington,Hurricane Alley waterpark,Texas state aquarium,private parking(one time $20parking permit obtain at check in front desk,elevator for access to first floor,washer dryer located on every floor,our condo is 420sqft will accommodate 3adults and 2children or 2adults and 4children,kids or younger smaller adults love the bunk beds along the hallway!!! the office closes at 10pm so u must check in before 10pm to get your parking pass,and avoid getting car towed,front office does leave a emergency number on door if you arrive after 10,!!!!!if u reserved thru expedia and don't hve a vrbo app open then u must contact us thru our email on file,that will be the way to insure u get our check in and check out process and door codes Thank you as of 2024property is under some renovations so construction and some messy areas around property Thank you

Our host was very responsive and helpful. Her place is compact but super cute and clean. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony whenever possible to watch the waves and feel the warm breeze. The heated pool is lovely; unfortunately the resort management didn’t enforce the 10 pm curfew and two nights I finally called them a little before 2 am to ask them to go chase people out who were being very loud. Even the resort employees were very polite and helpful and the beach is only about a hundred yards away. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay!

The hostess did a great job communicating with us before our stay! We enjoyed our stay in Sandy Toes condo—although it isn’t new—it had the charm of a well loved beach home and it was very clean, cozy and homey! There were Restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops in walking distance as well as a great swimming pool and beach access! It was also a very convenient drive to Port Aransas for a visit to the Gulf and also to all the entertainment that downtown Corpus Christi has to offer! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!

Beautiful view! Our host checked in with us periodically and was always reachable if we had questions. We are a family of 5, including a toddler, and it was plenty of space for us to chill between activities. Very clean, and the front desk people were helpful as well. All in all a FANTASTIC place to stay!!

The condo itself was clean. Small but clean. Host was responsive. When you check in at the front desk for the passes- you are required to pay a 20 parking fee (did not know about this). There are no extra items for the condo (like pools noodles or beach chairs). Overall a good place to stay but they are definitely working on the building.

Lots of condo property problems!. Non-functioning elevators and fire alarms, and blocked driving access making it different to navigate their maze to get to the condo. Non-accommodating office staff (no restroom!) at check in & $20 parking fee was insulting. Condo was clean but tv didn’t work! Hazardous unsafe driving conditions coming and going to this destination. With all of the all the construction on the roadways and the aggressive wrecklessness of Texas drivers, I wish I had stayed elsewhere!

The landlord was sweet. And thank you for allowing us to your property. The communication was there. And it was cozy. However, the location of which the condo is, was deceptive. I guess it’s partly my fault for not deep diving in research before coming on this trip. Right on the edge of the hood of Corpus Christi. A couple minutes walk from The beach access for the building it’s in, #3, was chained up and broken. So we had to walk an additional 5-7 mins to get to the beach. By the end of our stay that door was also chained up and broken. The condo it’s in is raggedy. Rusty metal everywhere, dirty, walls broken, holes in the ceiling of the entry ways, and no elevators. Roaches on the balconies. The smell of rat infestation in the stairs and walkways, Not even a fire alarm. Very dangerous. With all due respect. To the owner, I would call it quits and find another form of income because this place is a dump and you deserve more. Your customers deserve more.

This is our 7th or 8th time staying here for my birthday weekend and we always leave feeling great! The condo is cute, beach chic and cozy. Always clean and prepped for our stay. The owner is super communicative and never leaves me waiting for a response. They always make sure our stay is comfortable and inviting! Can’t wait to be back!

Our stay at Villa del Sol

This is the 3rd time we rent a property at Villa del Sol in Corpus and it was great! Yes, there was remodeling going on in our building but the owner has told us upfront and it did not affect our vacation at all. We totally recommend it!
