Pool, Pets, Close to BEACH! Fenced, Private Yard
Free Sail! This is a side-by-side but separate rental property in a great location. Each property has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths that sleeps 8 guest each. Both have full kitchens and living rooms. Enjoy being close to your party, but with some separation for privacy.
Each unit has a king master bedroom and master bathroom, guest queen bedroom, and guest bathroom in hallway, as well as a built-in bunk beds twin over twin as seen in photos. Each living room also has a sofa sleeper. TVs are located in each bedroom as well as the living room. This is an awesome rental property for multi family vacations, family reunions or wedding guests.
Parking on the concrete driveway (4 vehicles), and parking for an additional vehicle in on the side of house if needed. The community pool is just a few steps away. Fully fenced yards that can be opened up together though a gate in the back. Outdoor furniture and charcoal grills for BBQ! Located in town just minutes away from shops, restaurants, night life and the BEACH!
The community pool is just a short walk and features nice clean water and outdoor seating. The sand and waves of Port Aransas Islandâs beautiful beach are a short drive away. Grill your local catch of the day on the included charcoal grill or head into town for dinner at some of Port A`s yummy dives. Nightlife, shopping, dining and the BEACH are all within your reach at Free Sail!
You will be sent a unique code for the keypad door lock prior to your arrival. There is a book of information with tips for the island as well as instructions of the house features.
This neighborhood does not have golf cart access to the beach, but you can find plenty of golf cart rentals for the day to get around. There is an exclusive four car driveway for you to use. City pay parking lot is available if needed. There are exterior cameras that are on at all times.
