Whitecap beach just steps away from your front door. The sunrises are amazing! Secure pool/jacuzzi access. Well maintained and clean room. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice trip to the area!

Good location, irritating check in process

The location was great and the condo was clean, but the check in process seemed to be just one thing after another rather than asking for it all at once. I'd be forgiving if it was just one person doing it, but this is a company running the rentals, so they should know better.

Exactly what we needed

The condo is in the perfect location, super convenient, but not in the middle is everything, not crowded. The hot tub is actually hot, the shower has awesome pressure, it was so nice to just walk on the beach and not have to worry about losing keys or forgetting something. Bed was comfy. We would stay again for sure!

Was right on the beach, loved the view and atmosphere. To us it was worth extra cost compared to renting units on the side of the building that would have faced straight into parking lot, we instead got beautiful beach view. Property comfortable for two adults and one child in our case, but two would be ok as well.

Tropical Storm

Tropical Storm Alberto came in the day before our arrival and flooded the streets and beach access. You would have to travel in 3 to 4 foot of water to reach the property so we were not able to stay in the condo. All of our fishing charters were cancelled so we called the management company to see if we could move our stay to another time. The management company would not work with us at all on crediting us or moving our stay dates to another time. We were going with a group of friends that all had reservations at different properties in the same area and all got either refunds or credits to come on a different date. This property was the only one in our group that would not work with their guest.

Beach getaway!

The property was very clean and well organized. We felt very secure and the location is quiet and easy to get to. The only thing we could suggest is to add another trash receptacle in either the kitchen or living area. There was only one small trash receptacle in the bathroom. Not a huge deal, it would just be easier to have something other than a loose trash bag to use in the kitchen.

Perfect spot!

This was our first time renting property and not a hotel. The condo was perfect! Perfect spot facing the beach which made access easy with my health challenges. The entire place was nothing but confort. The only hitch was the dishwasher but really was no problem since we perfer to hand wash. Perfect enough for us to want to come again instead of taking a cruise!

Great location and clean property

The property was in a great location and very clean (which is HUGE for us when staying anywhere) and as it was described. The furniture was nice and didn’t give you the heavily used beach condo feel. I’m pretty opinionated but was pleased with this booking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were as described. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay without breaking the bank for a quick Texas Beach visit.

Beautuful Padre Island BEAHFRONT !

We love the location. The construction of the units are not very sound friendly. There was alot of feet stomping upsatirs and construction work noise during the day. But most of our days we were not there we were sightseeing and on the beach so not too big of deal. The management sent an email about noise so i thought that was strange...They could have had a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper ... but i figured there was still a shortage on toilet paper in Texas or something. Than one morning there was the biggest ROACH i have ever seen in my life inside the coffee maker....it took 3 shots from my 9mm to kill it....another strange thing was nobody heard the shots maybe the construction noise covered the sound....Than there was a refrigerator door bracket that had a little piece of plastic broke out of it so it kept falling off. There were three of us and only 2 towels were provided in a unit claiming to sleep 4. The remote controls for the tvs were really a pain to operate and a battery missing in one meant that you had to keep switching a battery from remote to remote to change channels in the 2 different rooms...and the batteries woud not stay in one of the one's in the bedrrom because it had a plastic tab broke on it too....Parking is a little rough too... had to park way to the far side the beach front units should have a least marked spot p[er unit all the way to that end. BUT WE STILL LOVED IT AND WILL RETURN....ITS A GREAT LOCATION !
