 une véritable oasis de détente. Ce condo dispose d'un salon ouvert avec télévision à écran plat et coin repas. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Pour dormir plus, il y a un canapé dans le salon. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxiÚme chambre deux pleins. Il y a deux salles de bain complÚtes, une dans chaque chambre. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette unité et fumer est autorisé à l'extérieur seulement. Oh, ai-je mentionné que les levers de soleil sont incroyables! Nichés dans les dunes dorées de l'ßle Mustang, les condos Beachhead ont tous une vue sur le golfe. Les équipements complexes comprennent une piscine, une aire de jeux et une promenade privée à la plage à quelques pas de l'une des unités. Wonderful location and view! Overall a nice place and would recommend. Only downfalls were that we struggled to get answers back on check in and took multiple calls to resolve; we also found moldy year old food on top of fridge but rest of unit was clean. Game room and pool.were a great addition.

Exceeded Expectations

Yes, the facility is a little older and could use a little care, specifically the decks could use some treatment or possibly wood replacement, but overall this place is outstanding. The location, in my opinion is the best on the beach. After stays at Galveston and Panama City in the past, the beaches far exceeded our expectations. The appliances were in great condition, the air conditioning worked well, the fans supplemented the A/C as needed, the TV/cable setup was great, bathrooms were a little small but clean and the showers worked well. The unit was the perfect size for our group of four adults and two children, one 10-year-old and one toddler. The location was outstanding and provided easy access to dining and entertainment. Spring break was crazy - as anticipated - and it really seems there needs to be some more regulation on the golf carts, but overall we would definitely travel here again, though might choose the summer rather than spring break week. The internet had problems and the maintenance staff responded immediately. The palm tree near the stairway does need trimmed back some, but really that's my only complaint. Really great experience overall!

Great getaway with great ocean views

My wife and I were very pleased with the property. It matches the listing very accurately. This condo looks out at 180 degree view of the ocean, and a great place to watch sunrises. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and connection to wifi is quite easy. The internet connection is good. It's a great property and we recommend it when you want to hit the beach. And having gone in September, the beach was practically empty. Recommend highly!

Amazing Summer Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! It was exactly as shown, a perfect location to the beach, a wonderful view, and easy to navigate into town for supplies and meals! In addition, the pool is fantastic with a view of the ocean from the deck - best of both worlds!! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, family oriented Port Aransas getaway!

Overall great!

Location was great & unit was clean. The pool area & game room are a great bonus. If I had to give any criticism it would be to maybe add some gravel to parking spaces, they are really muddy. Also we couldn’t find (and we called management company) the gate code to use bathrooms/Locker rooms while we were using pool area.

Intermittent water and unable to sleep in master bedroom

This condo looked like the idea family vacation. The first day of our stay we called the property management company multiple times to have them text us a code to pickup our key. We were informed we would be texted by 6pm with our information which never happened. It unfortunately took 3 calls to get the information we needed to pickup our key from a lockbox. As we entered the condo everything was clean. We quickly found a very loud noise from the air conditioner above the master bed. The noise was unbearable to sleep in the master bedroom. We decided to stay in the second bedroom with our kids to get sleep the first night. The next day we had multiple issues with having water to the condo. We called property management in the afternoon and they told us they were aware of issues with water getting to the condos which was disappointing. A repairman came to see if he could fix the water and AC and informed us that he was also aware of the water issues as well. They should not have rented this condo if they were aware of the water issues. As the repairman looked into the AC issue he found a rust on one of the fans that caused a misbalance and lots of noise ( like a Blackhawk helicopter hovering over the master bed). He agreed that the noise was unbearable to sleep in the bed or be in the master bedroom. At that moment we called the property manager to get a refund and discontinued our stay. She was understanding and provided a refund but asked that we leave by 5pm. At the time of the call it was 4:15pm. We explained we had two children under 5 and that it would be very difficult to do this. We didn’t get any additional time so threw everything in our car quickly and left. I would not recommend this condo or any property managed by the property management company. They never should have rented this place knowing if the water issues, and the issue with the air conditioning unit which made the master bedroom unbearable to be in. While the property management members were courteous for the most part they were not flexible to understanding that we paid for a nice vacation and had to cut it short due to reasons that the condo should not have been rented.

Nice view!

We had a good time at Beachhead #308. The balcony has a great view! The beach was closed to vehicles so we had to use the boardwalk which was right by the condo. It is on the 2nd floor so there are two flights of stairs which was hard for us older folks! 😜 Overall a good time was had by all!

Port Aransas Review

Our first trip to Port Aransas, and we were not disappointed! We loved the condo location with an uninterrupted view of the beach. The condo unit was clean, organized and perfect size for our family of 4. The fun surprise was the game room next to the pool where we enjoyed night time games of ping-pong, fuzbol and air hockey (just make sure to bring quarters to play the later two games). The only thing that would take this location to the next level and a guarantee book every year would be a washer/dryer. That was a real miss for keeping our swim suits dry and not relying on hanging on the balcony. Overall we enjoyed the location and would recommend to friends and family!

Beach walk property at Port A.

Great location with easy boardwalk access to beach. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony. Property is a little old and ragged around the edges. Needs some updating, especially in the kitchen. Some small roaches crawling in and around sink area we’re a problem, too. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.
