Restricted breeds per HOA: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type
Pet fees: $100 per pet + $50 cleaning (7 days or less), $200 + $75 (8–29 days), $300 + $100 (30+ days)
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay.

Extremely outdated and uncomfortable, but good location.

Noisy, could hear the people above us walking back and forth, and baby crying. Worse than any apartments I’ve ever experienced. Once finally fell asleep on the miserable and uncomfortable excuse for a bed, Was woken by the unit above us leaking water through second floor to our first floor unit near bed in the bedroom. Moved by the nice maintenance guy and property manager/staff at 3am. The staff were great but never heard back from the owners for any kind of discount for the inconvenience not even a note to say sorry you had a bad experience and I messaged them on the app. Staff are great but will never stay there again. Additionally no water pressure in shower of first unit. We were scheduled for 2 nights but after everything from the first night we did the beach and then just drove home and did not complete our stay. Do not recommend.

Rental process was easy. People were great. Thought condo faced beach as in pic but was a side unit. Still was easy walk to the beach. Needs a new mattress tho😬. Otherwise loved it❀❀

Short stay

We had originally planned to stay 3 nights but due to unplanned event had to leave after 2. We were disappointed at having to cut stay short as we were having a much needed break. Everything was satisfactory, our unit met our needs - not luxurious but comfortable. We plan to return.

Great Location & Condo

We had a great experience with the location and rental. The beds (bed and pull out couch) had thin lumpy mattresses and hard to sleep on. The location is great for our family and we were able to just load up our wagon with beach items and walk down to the beach. The beach itself was great, not over crowded, clean, offered lots of trash cans and bags for disposing of trash. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear we could think of (ie-pizza pan and cutter). The property itself was quiet and family/let friendly. The AC worked great in the living room and kitchen area, the bedroom (even with the ceiling fan on high) was hot and stuffy.

Great beach vacation.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at El Constante. Very convenient to beach and short drive to restaurants and shops. Wonderful staff and clean salt water pool and hot tub.
