Villa by the Beach est un condo d'une chambre situĂ© au 1er Ă©tage dans le complexe du Beach Club. Le complexe offre Ă  peu prĂšs tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin: piscine chauffĂ©e en saison, bain Ă  remous, Ă©tang privĂ© avec quai, barbecues, gazebo, cabanons, centre de remise en forme, centre d’affaires, Ă  quelques pas de la plage.
Le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn se trouve à seulement 3,2 km et des attractions prisées telles que le Padre Island National Seashore et le parc national de Mustang Island se trouvent également à quelques minutes de route.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invitĂ© sont fournis. Un sĂ©jour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Overall good. Sofa sleeper had dirty sheets and very uncomfortable. But the room was nice, unable to use hot tub on saturday due to large party using. Location was great. Will use again

Mattress on the couch was uncomfortable so the kids just used a blow up mattress. There was tar in the bath tub but we showered only so it was not a problem. Super close to the beach and easy to get in & out of. The only thing we did not like was that the pool was heated, was looking forward to a nice cool relaxing dip after being at the beach all day.

Condo close to the beach!

Our condo was very clean and gave us great access to the beach. Our reserved parking was right outside our door, which made unpacking and packing up so much easier. The onsite pool was also very nice and big enough that families with smaller kids could be at one end, while adults & teens could enjoy the other end. The master bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, toasters, utensils, etc that we needed to cook in the condo. Our only complaint is that the pull out bed in the sofa can't be slept on. Even with layers of blankets, you could feel the springs poking through. We had to go buy an air mattress to use instead.

It was a bit different beach experience then we've had in the past but after we got things figured out as far as what we need to enjoy the days at the beach it was great!As far as property nice location. We had what we needed but would highly recommend leaving a broom or some type of cleaning item to clean up sand off the floor. There was nothing to do this with.

TERRIBLE

The tub wouldn't drain and the shower wounldn't turn off. The lights were non existent. There was an upstairs neighbor that was running around and moving furniture all night. This is a motel 6 at Omni prices... Not even including beach closures...

Location for the beach was great! Also great space for 2people but not sure about anymore. Looks just like the pics! Couple of things... a cookie sheet/pan would’ve been nice, other than that, really liked the kitchen! And another might need to check up in housekeeping. For most part was keep looking but when I was having trouble working the tv, checking connections, hard not to notice all the dust build up on the equipment & also the a/c vent had some spider web/dust hanging from it. Also swept up after coming back from the beach, swept someone pill from under cabinet rim. Glad I didn’t have or anyone else’s child found it. When checking under bed for anything that might gotten kicked under it, there was a lot of dust bunnies there too. Loved having a washer/dryer to use in condo!! I like not having to come back home & not have to do laundry! Again great location!!! About 30 min to TX ST Aquarium & USS Lexington & Port Aransas! Also suggest Woody’s Sport Dock for Sunset/Dolphin Watch Tour!! Yes I would stay here again!!!!

Great stay overall

The stay was great for a last minute family getaway. It’s close to the beach and quiet area. The condo had everything we needed for a small family. We even got to check in 2 hrs early. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable, the mattress was just thin, the sofa alone was more comfortable. We’d recommend it!
