Le fabuleux, nouvellement construit, 6 chambres à coucher 4 salles de bain complÚtes et 2 demi-salles de bain a certaines des meilleures vues de tout Port Aransas et une piscine privée. La maison offre des plafonds voûtés incroyables, des planchers de bois franc, des vues à couper le souffle et un grand balcon face à l'océan. Le troisiÚme étage a une grande cuisine ouverte avec un comptoir pour les siÚges, un salon spacieux et un coin repas et une demi-salle de bain. Le deuxiÚme étage a 6 chambres et 4 salles de bain complÚtes. La premiÚre et la deuxiÚme chambre ont un lit king avec une salle de bain privée. La troisiÚme chambre un lit King et la quatriÚme chambre deux lits Queen. Ces deux chambres partagent une baignoire. Il y a également 2 chambres supplémentaires à cet étage, qui partagent une salle de bains, chacune avec un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux avec un lit gigogne. Le premier étage a une buanderie, une salle de bain et un garage pour votre voiture. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and more. Bath and bed linens were plentiful. We had a problem with the elevator- onsite management responded quickly and kept us informed to as they arranged repairs in less than 24 hours. Bedroom views were lovely from all large bedrooms and bunk rooms were well supplied. Four full bathrooms on the sleeping floor were perfect for our group of 9 adults. Upstairs living space and balcony were very comfortable for our little family reunion.

Beautiful home and wonderful outdoor space

We took our 5 adult kids for 6 wonderful nights. The private pool and patio were amazing. It was too windy to enjoy the beach so we used the pool everyday. Because it was windy, the pool had a lot of sand blow in but it didn’t affect us. The kitchen was well stocked but the pots and pans need an upgrade. They were warped and non stick was peeling. Access to the pool area was inconvenient due to no stairs from 2nd to 1st floor (except for front). Kitchen needs better potholders and a church key opener. Linens, blankets and pillows are first rate. Lots of games and movies but we didn’t use. Tons of pool and sand toys to enjoy. Also boogie boards that we did not use.

Sandfest getaway

The property and amenities at the house were amazing and just as depicted in the listing. We loved the oceanfront property and close proximity to beach access. The only tiny improvement we would request is improved wifi in the house, as evening tv streaming was difficult at best. We understand the location constraints, but the surrounding RV resort seemed to not have this issue.Overall the house was a spectacular place to retreat with friends and family for a beach and poolside vacation!

Beautiful house in a great location

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed staying here. It was very spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We picked up sand toys on our way to the house not realizing they had some there already! There were also some pool toys/floaties. The beach bags came in handy, too, when we needed something to haul some snacks on a day trip.Our only wish would’ve been to have enough bath towels for everyone in our group and it would’ve been convenient to have beach/pool towels available, too. Thank you for a wonderful “home away from home”.

Gorgeous property but construction on site

This house is gorgeous and very clean but you won’t get much relaxing in due to the everyday, very loud construction at the house next door. We actually left a day early. If you don’t mind sawing, banging, drilling and heavy construction equipment then you’ll love this property. Construction hours are 6am -7pm

Best Beach House

The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our 11 guests, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining was large enough for everyone and easy to cook in having everything you needed supplied. The pool was a great retreat space and offered privacy for our guests that was far enough from our neighbors, so we didn’t disturb them either. I loved the short walk to the beach and not having to drive on the beach with plenty of places to rinse off without tracking sand in the house. The best part was the awesome views from the living room. We will definitely stay again.

Consistently 5 Star Beach House

This is our 4th time renting this property for a family beach vacation. It is clean and the amenities are super. The private pool is perfect for our family, the elevator certainly makes moving ice chests and luggage easier, and the view is spectacular. The boardwalk to the beach is convenient and large enough for golf carts. All you could ask for in a beach family beach house. We have already reserved it again for next year.

Limitless license to chill

Our stay was excellent! Every year we take our big ole family from Colorado and Texas to Crystal Beach for a weeklong stay. Well, thanks to Beryl our plans were completely wrecked. Since Colorado had already landed in Texas we booked this property-last minute. What an absolute blessing this was. This house was immaculate. It had everything we needed, and more. We will definitely book this one again!

Wonderful beach house getaway

We spent a fantastic long weekend at a beautiful beach house with easy access to the beach and a private swimming pool. The spacious, well-decorated house comfortably accommodated our large group of family and friends. The open-plan living area, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms made our stay incredibly comfortable. The private swimming pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape surrounded by lush landscaping. Little touches like beach chairs, toys, and a poolside grill added to the enjoyment. Overall, this beach house offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

Great spot on the beach

My family and friends enjoyed this spacious home. The home has great views and wonderful amenities including an elevator! Home was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of places to lounge. Private pool was amazing.

Amazing Views!

We were looking for a place to watch the waves roll in and this property did not disappoint. It’s a lovely home that was very well stocked. Plenty of space for our large group to relax and visit. The elevator and second fridge were appreciated amenities. Unfortunately, the windows with the amazing views had quite a bit of sea salt build up. We found that a few bottles of Windex Outdoor and a squeegee remedied the problem. Also, upon arrival we found the private pool was green and not very inviting. The management company was quick to respond, but it wasn’t until the fourth day of our stay that the pool was ready for swimmers. A definite disappointment, but we were satisfied with the management company’s handling of the situation. We also had a problem with the AC, but this was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. No batteries in the tv remote when we arrived, but again, an easy fix. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with this property.

Our Favorite Beach Destination

This was our third stay at License to Chill and we have already reserved it again for next summer so you can see we are extremely pleased with the property. It is clean, has a well provisioned kitchen, the pool is large enough for our entire family, and the view is outstanding. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze, and the second fridge and 1/2 bath near the pool is a great amenity. The boardwalk is well maintained and large enough for golf carts. We will keep returning.

Lost on the beach

We were able to really feel like we got away from the daily rat race for a few days. We had a couple of times that the elevator would stop between floors. For some people this is frightening. Otherwise, absolute perfection.

Family Getaway

Beautiful home. Great location. We had our family of 16 for 4 nights. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. Upstairs living area was great for the adults and kids. Definitely need new can opener but other than that well stocked with dishes, cups and pots and pans. Lots of fun! Hope to be back next year!

Spring Break

We really like this property and the location. The kitchen is well equipped. The downstairs cook area could be made a little more inviting. The living area could use some lamps. The tv system could be simplified and management could be more generous with towels and provisions given the size of the house and the nightly rent. But I highly recommend the property.
