Check in was easy but check in information was provided late ( around 4:30 ). Beach view and access was not exactly as expected. There is coffee makers but no coffee or ingredients. Sower has shampoo but no soaps. Overall was ok but not excellent..

This condo was amazing -- everything we could ask for -- it was clean -- kitchen was well-equipped -- pet friendly -- short walk to the beach -- the pool was very nice also for the days we decided to not go to the beach. Location was perfect being across the street from the beach and close to the grocery store and restaurants. We cannot wait to come back and hopefully stay longer than four nights. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This property was great for our group. We had one member of the family that had mobility issues and the down stairs bedroom walk in shower was perfect. The upstairs set up was great as well kids had a room with bunk bed and trundle be. They loved it. Upstairs master bedroom was good and the other room with queen bed worked great for our group. Condo was a short drive to beach. It had a nice pool. We did have a problem with fire ants. Also we were not able to use the pool one afternoon of our stay because one of the other condo tenants decided to have a large birthday party and monopolized the whole pool are. However we know that is not something that always happens. Overall I would highly recommend this property. One point you should know is that stairs going upstairs are very steep.

Awesome Property and Location

What a great place!! 7 of us total--5 adults and 2 kids--and we had plenty of room. Everything was provided as advertised--check in and out was easy, and communication was great! 10 minute walk to the beach!! Exactly what we were looking for--highly recommend!!

Always a great time!

We've stayed here the past two years due to the close location of the beach and homeliness of the unit. We have always had a good experience and will be coming back in the future! My grandparents love that they can have a downstairs bedroom as it's hard for them to go up stairs in their old age and the younger members of my family can all stay up stairs. We love being able to have a full kitchen to cook!

Great vacay

This property we have stayed at before we have a large family 13 of us. We had plenty of room and places to sleep. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and actually liked the short walk to the beach. We would most likely stay here again.

Comfortable and Clean

We have stayed in the same complex on prior occasions. It is clean and well-maintained. The unit was clean and in good working order. The light in the hood over the cook top was burned out, otherwise everything worked just fine. We enjoyed our family get away.

Nice Location and Fit our Special needs, but could use some work.

The location was great, right by the beach and local hot spots. It fit our needs since it had two master bedrooms with bathrooms. It was clean and spacious. There are a few things that need to be addressed with the management. 1) The porch light doesn't work, downstairs. That needs to be fixed right away for safety. 2) The dishwasher smells like sewage. You should have that checked. 3) the shower curtain rod in the shared bathroom upstairs is installed incorrectly. The curve should go out, not up. 4) The ice maker on the refrigerator is supposed to cube or crush. It appears to be stuck on crushed even when the cubed is selected. Nothing major, just kind of irritating and messy. 5) the kitchen table blocks the downstairs bedroom door when you have to pull it out from the wall to use. That would be a great place for a pocket door. This also keeps the downstairs bedroom from being wheelchair/ADA compliant. 6) The recliners on both ends of the couch do not work. This was one of the reasons we rented this particular unit was because I saw that the couch had recliners. It was disappointing they did not work. Once these things are addressed this would be the PERFECT spot. The check in and check out process was very easy. Communication from the rental company was great. The expectations were clear. Thank you.

We enjoyed our time in Corpus Christi. This was our first stay in a condo. We normally stay in houses. It would be a great place for young adults or families with older children. It was not the best environment for toddlers as there is not much outdoor space for them to play safely. The pool was small and crowded for the entirety of the stay, so we were unable to utilize it.

Shabby but not so chic

The location of this property is ideal on Whitecap Beach. The unit is walkable to the beach and Whitecap allows driving on the beach. This particular was not the cleanest and much of the furniture was uncomfortable, dated and sometimes broken (e g. Living room couch). No deal breakers. Just not ideal. The layout is good for a big group or families. Its helpful to have a primary bedroom downstairs and one upstairs as well. Checkin and check out process is very easy. Property management is responsive. Just choose another unit in this complex.

Dirty dirty dirty

Upon entering the unit your faced with a staircase that looks like it’s been trampled on with mud and grime then upon entering the living room the ceiling fan was black edging from all the greasy dust. You could not walk through the entire place without shoes for more than one minute your feet were completely black. Every time we used a new pot or pan or dish they had to be cleaned before we could use them. I do not think that the unit to get cleaned between reservations the bedding was clean that was it
