Coastal Cottage is a beautiful tranquil 3-bedroom, 2 bath home, with a 2-car garage. Newly renovated with new vinyl plank flooring in all bedrooms, new stove, dishwasher, microwave, and new furniture. Family friendly home with bunk beds for the kiddos! Coastal theme decor throughout the home. Short 15-to-20-minute drive to the beach and downtown Corpus Christi depending on the traffic. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby including Alamo Drafthouse, H-E-B, Starbucks, walking trail, and the Botanical Gardens.

Great property!

We wanted a nice relaxing beach vacation and that is exactly what we got! The house is beautiful and well maintained and was comfortable for our stay. The location is great for easily getting to dining, shopping and multiple beach activities.

Coastal Cottage visit

Monica’s home is great. The instant you walk in you see all the coastal teal decor and the house smells clean and fresh. The home is very clean. She has every amenity you would need for an extended stay. Also, she is extremely fast with returning texts with any question you may have. Check in is fairly simple with the August Home app she asks you to download. I would advise you make sure your Bluetooth is turned on for the app itself. If not this will create a delay with checking in. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is close to many nearby shops and restaurants. If I ever have to visit Corpus Christi again I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & close to everything!

I had no problems during my stay, this was one of the better rentals I’ve stayed at between VRBO and ABNB. The door lock app is easy to set up and navigate, and great privacy. Quiet neighbors!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and inviting. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and make ourselves feel at home. Monica was very helpful and easy to reach with questions. I highly recommend her house for your next vacation.

Even better in person!

Our party of 6 used all available bedding and did not feel crowded. The layout is nice, tastefully decorated and the common areas are spacious, with an open floorplan and comfortable. We did not do laundry, but were pleased to see a full-size washer and dryer was available to us. Monica was pleasant to work with, communicative and made sure to have stocked all the little things, that if not available for guests are a nuisance to replace on a short trip. All the toiletries and kitchen items (like paper towel, dish soap, garbage bags and so forth) are provided. My only complaint is the 'August' app which guests utilize from a cellphone to lock and unlock the front door. While the app is convenient and easy to use, there were times when I would pop out and the family would stay behind and since the August app was on my phone, I had to choose whether to lock the door or not when I left. If I locked it, my husband and the children would be locked in which was unsettling, but then being left unlocked wasn't a good idea either. I didn’t ask Monica because our stay was just a few days, if it were possible that several guests could download the app on their phones to avoid this dilemma. If it is not set up to do this, I am certain, she would come up with a workable solution. Monica was a great hostess. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again if back in town.

Wow! Great little property!!!

What a wonderful little gem in corpus!! We had 4 adults and two children and this was perfect! The house was so clean and smelled so good. The communication was so quick every time we messaged. This is so important when renting VRBO. The towels were top tier and all the little amenities were special. Coffee bar was the best I’ve seen at a rental. Monica is great. Don’t hesitate to book.
