Avenue Sea is an idyllic getaway for up to twelve people. This luxurious beach home offers the perfect blend of style and comfort, featuring five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. You will appreciate the attention to detail and the exceptional amenities of this unique rental home.
Boasting a comco bedroom/game room on the 2nd floor with a full-size bath, with a walk-in tiled shower. There are plenty of board games for the entire group, as well as a sectional sofa that also serves as a queen-size sleeper. A small deck to sit out on and enjoy the night stars as well.
Back down on the first level, you will find all the main living spaces of the home.
The well-lit kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker that can brew both hot and iced coffee, a toaster, a gas stove, and ample counter space. The dining table seats eight, featuring four chairs and a bench, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar, which accommodates four barstools. The living area features a sectional that is absolutely perfect for gathering with the family and watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or curling up with a book by the magnificent window wall.
All four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Retreat into the master bedroom, where you will find a king-size bed, a TV with Wi-Fi, an en-suite full bathroom with double vanities, and a tile walk-in shower featuring a rainfall shower head.
Additionally, there are three other bedrooms; BR2) has a king bed, and a TV with Wi-Fi, BR3) has a queen bed, and BR4) has two twins over twin bunks.
The spacious laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, is perfect for your stay.
Enjoy the spectacular views from the oversized patio/deck, and take advantage of the wireless internet access. When ready to cook up today's catch, there is a Blackstone flat-top propane grill in the backyard area, along with a picnic table, and for those smores, a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs to relax in and count those coastal stars.
