Introducing My Taigh RP15! A Charming & Cozy Port A Beach House. Get ready to be on island time. This cottage is ready for your family or small group! Perfect for 2 families...This house comes with two primary king suites! One primary down, the other up! That's right, no one will have to flip for the primary. There is also a queen room, a bunk room with a twin over a full as well as a fold-out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and outdoor grill. Pool on-site. Love the color and fun of island life, this house is for you! HOA allows parking for 3 maximum. Sorry, no pets allowed. BBQ pits have to be in the back. HOA PARKING RULES: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the designated parking areas beside each cottage. Each vehicle MUST display the parking permit. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Absolutely NO campers or RV's are allowed to park anywhere within the subdivision. Any illegally parked or unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing and any fines or fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
