Located on a canal just minutes from the beach and the bay, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, corner condo is the perfect bet for your next coastal getaway. Here in Puente Vista, enjoy the view from the large deck overlooking the canal with a gas grill to cook the day’s catch!

This condo includes beach gear, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and a community pool and boat docks.

LIVING AREA

The canal-view living area offers plush seating for the group and a flatscreen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with all you need to create your favorite dishes.

When it’s time to dine, the table accommodates six. Room for two more can be found at the kitchen bar.

BED & BATH

This three-story condo sleeps seven guests in two bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, canal views, and a flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom provides a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin-size trundle, a private balcony, and a flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The east-facing, canal-view balcony provides morning sun and afternoon shade. Lounge in comfort while cooking steaks or veggies on the gas grill.

Home amenities include:
- Beach toys and an umbrella
- Three kayaks
- Three stand-up paddleboards

Community amenities include:
- A shared boat dock off the back patio for boats up to 25 feet. (Other docks are also available if this spot is taken.)
- An outdoor, unheated pool (open year-round).

THE LOCATION

Located on a canal just off the Causeway, this home presents wonderful access to both the beach and the bay. A public boat ramp is 1.5 miles away, or about five minutes by boat. Enjoy having a wide variety of shops and restaurants within a quick drive.

For a day of fun, make a visit to Waves Resort. To discover more beauty of the region, head to Mustang Island State Park or Padre Island National Seashore.

Boat docks are available on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Great Location

The property is in a great location, and has plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. Coffee on the deck was amazing, and the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was great and they were very responsive.

We're from Dallas but I wanted to plan a vacation to Corpus Christi since me and my husband never been there before I rented a condo in Puente Vista which was amazing clean beautiful with everything that we needed ...beautiful view very close to the pool minutes from the beach which was very convenient for us my kids loved it my husband loved it I loved it we will definitely be coming back next year for another visit couldn't of asked for better everything was perfect..

Nice area plenty of room in condo. Good spot to get on and off island quickly. Enjoyed my stay. Only draw back didn’t have a dock right outside back. Had to walk down to eight to use dock there if want to kayak and someone had there boat tied up to it all week. Overall not a bad place and good service.

Great spot

I loved the back deck over looking the canal. It was very peaceful. I grew to like the condo a lot. It was generally clean, although it could use some maintenance work, such as painting the walls and the trim was peeling off in places. Carpets need cleaning too. Beds were comfortable. The location is wonderful and close to good restaurants, etc. . The garage is full of big toys, which made the stay really fun.

Great family place on the water

We loved our stay right on the canal. Tons of things to do right at the house with kayaks, standing boards, floats, a grill and the public beach is only 5 minutes away. We loved the Texas Sealife Center that rescues turtles and other animals too. My kids loved the bunk beds and patios too. There's salt and pepper available but no other condiments (just fyi since all places are different). Kids bedroom is up one flight of stairs and main bedroom is up 2 flights. We'd love to go back!

Fantastic place

Very cozy little home on the water. Stayed here twice and loved it both times. The garage is full of beach toys and coolers. Along with kayaks and paddle boards that can be launched from the dock. Most of the fishing rods are inoperable and be sure to check the propane bottle before preparing your bbq. If you end up buying a replacement guest services will reimburse the cost. Highly recommend. 9/10 all the way.

Beautiful but needs maintenance.

It was beautiful but the grill needs to be replaced, The pots and pans do as well. The couch fell when I sat on it. The railing was broken the washer and dryer were not working properly the light in the main bedroom is dim and the lamps do not work. The worst part is I Called Vacasa to brig. This all to their attention and someone said they would call me on the 15th of June and I still have heard from them.

Couldn't enter the premises

Front door combination lock did not work. Had to call for help. Changing the combination on the phone didn't help. Finally opened a lock box and used a key to open the front door. Spent the whole week with only one key to open the door. Unacceptable situation.

Mixed feelings about our stay.

We encountered a few challenges during our stay. Initially, we were given the wrong door code, which was quite frustrating, especially given the heat outside. We spent about 20 minutes trying to enter the code before finally reaching out to customer service for the correct one, all while my wife and three young children were stuck waiting in the sweltering weather. Fortunately, once I got through to customer service, they provided the correct code promptly. Once we had the correct code however, the door keypad itself was problematic. It rarely worked on the first attempt, and on several occasions, I spent 5-10 minutes trying to enter the code correctly. Despite being familiar with similar keypads and technology, I found this one particularly challenging to use. The long entry code didn't help either, though I did eventually memorize it due to the repeated attempts. Another issue was the cleanliness of the condo. The carpets were in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, and the kitchen table was sticky. Overall, the general cleanliness was just average. On a positive note, we did appreciate the availability of water and beach toys in the garage, the location was great, and the pricing was reasonable for the amenities offered.
