The Sassy Crab MV1D is located in the heart of Old Town Port Aransas and just a 3 minute drive to the beach! The primary bedroom is a king bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom, the 3rd bedroom will have 2 twin over full bunk beds. This cottage is within walking distance to the city park, and marina, restaurants, shops and nightlife. After a nice long day at the beach enjoying the surf, sand and sun you can head on back to your cottage and take a dip in the beautiful community pool or cool off under the palapa. Mercer Village also offers community grills, you can bring your catch and serve dinner! This location is golf cart accessible. There are 2 assigned parking spaces for this unit. 3-night minimum required for Summer bookings. Pet friendly with additional fees located under polices. No smoking!
PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. The maximum occupancy for this condo is 10 persons. This does include children of all ages. STR# 381799

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
