Bikini's and Martini's is located in the prestigious Ethan's Landing subdivision. This well-appointed, pet-friendly Port Aransas, Texas vacation home features a private pool, outdoor 55' Flat Screen TV, a shuffleboard table and a charcoal/gas grill!

The perfect setting for a family vacation, this three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home offers spacious comfort for up to 12 guests. The open living/dining concept floor plan allows for great entertainment. The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need from cooking gourmet meals to baking a birthday cake. The dining table seats 10 with additional 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy movie nights in the cozy living room with a wrap around leather sofa and 65”Flat Screen TV.

The primary ensuite bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, 50” Flat Screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a 50” Flat Screen TV. The third bedroom is a fun kids & teens bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds and a 50” Flat Screen TV. And additional full bathroom and convenient half-bathroom are stocked with plenty of towels for guests to freshen up. Additional amenities include free Wi-fi and an in-house washer & dryer.

everything was clean and nice. just wish there would have been clorox wipes or something to clean the countertops and stove top when we got done cooking. we had to buy cleaning supplies.

Upon arrival, pool was DIRTY ( not swimmable ) Contacted mgmt. company on Wednesday. Pool service did not come until Friday, late afternoon. And after he left, pool was still DIRTY. We had many options to choose from and we chose this one because of the pool which we did NOT get to use. I feel like we paid for an amenity and it wasnt delivered. My wife messaged mgmt. company and asked for some sort of compensation and she has yet to hear back from anyone.

Perfect location

Clean comfy beds, spacious. Just overall a great experience, very professional management. Only negative was the TV by pool area didn’t pick up Wi-Fi just buffering. Local restaurants and bars fantastic. We will look forward to another adventure in Port A and definitely look out for Bikinis and Martines

Great Property Overall

This house is super cute! Very close to the beach, pool was very nice. We unfortunately had a couple hiccups with check-in time, but I know these things happen. I think because we were on property when housekeeping arrived, the property wasn’t cleaned as well as it could’ve been. There were a couple things the kitchen could’ve used by way of utensils, but overall it was great!! They beds were very comfortable and the ice machine is a fabulous plus! We would absolutely stay again!

This was a great property. The property manager was amazing with keeping us updated. The ice machine worked. The beds were so comfortable. The ac worked great. The shuffle board was fun! There is so much room for parking. The outdoor area was fantastic.

Week getaway

The location is great. We specifically rent this location for the private pool and the ice machine. The ice machine wasn’t working. We have come to love that extra amenity. The inside ice machine had to be reset. A few little things could have been fixed prior to our stay but other than that things were as expected.
