Take a very short walk down the private complex board walk right onto the sand and waves beneath your feet or enjoy a swim in one of 2 beautiful pools, one of which is well heated for enjoying year round. Great location, loved being able to be on the 1st floor and using the stairs right by it. Beds were super comfy and the shades really kept the sun out and allowed you to sleep in.

Great location

We visited Port Aransas for a triple birthday celebration. After spending a day at the beach, we went to the front desk to check in. The clerk at the front desk was bit welcoming and an unprofessional. She asked for my booking because she could not find it in her computer. As I opened the VRBO email, she seemed irritated and grabbed my phone from the counter to look for herself without asking. Other than that, everything was extremely enjoyable and I would rent this place again. The owners answered promptly when I sent a message The condo was clean, easy to get to and accommodated the five of us!

It’s ( unnecessarily ) complicated

The place itself is beautiful; tastefully furnished and with a great kitchen. Unfortunately, our experience there had a rocky start and continued to be negatively impacted by our host. He basically called me a liar in our several communications. I never got a welcome email from him. On the way there, I tried to contact him to get the entry instructions with no response. Once there, there were several issues that I texted him about. His response was that no one had ever complained to him about anything before. I rent out a home through CHBO and, when my guests have a complaint or issue, I thank them for bringing it to my attention and try to rectify it as soon as possible. I will not be renting through VRBO again because of my experience with this host.

Great Port A Stay

Great location to beach and access! Walkway to beach needs repairs wife & grandson fell down on boards split & sticking up in middle of walkway. Room view to beach & pools good. Security good, Noise level outside rooms great, very peaceful!

Perfect Winter Vacation!

This property has a heated pool and large spa in a beautiful outdoor space! Both the owners and on-site staff were accessible and friendly. The beach is only a 1/4 mile walk straight from complex. The condo itself was roomy, so the 7 of us fit comfortably. We also used the tennis & pickleball courts on-site. The beach wasn't crowded and we loved being so close to go back and forth throughout the day. Great place to book for a vacation year-round!

Great Place to stay while in Port A

Condo was exactly as shown and was stocked with supplies more than expected. Love the location of this particular condo, nice large balcony and shaded a good portion of day. Easy beach access and the pool areas were nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was beautiful and clean. The location was great and having someone on site to check in and ask questions was huge!! 2 things I need to mention- please get a Keurig coffee maker and fix AC vent in master. Every time the air wouod come on it would rattle the entire time. Also, I would think for the price charged we would not be required to take out trash and recycling prior to housekeeping arriving.
