Very comfortable place, and great location to the beach. Easy drive to restaurants, etc. Only concerns were that only one stove burner worked, and hall bathroom outlet did not work. These were not deal breakers, just a couple things to address for the future. Overall, exactly what we wanted for an easy beach experience!

Basic accommodation with easy beach access. Beds were comfortable and clean. Not much in the way of comforts and amenities (only provided bar soap, no shampoo or conditioner or anything in the kitchen besides salt and pepper). The place could use some maintenance in that the master bedroom closet door was off the tracks and falling off, the kitchen sink disposal leaked all over the floor, the dryer door was rusted and barely closed, and most inexplicably the TV in the double room is mounted between two doors so that it sticks out several inches into the bathroom doorframe right at eye level. With a little TLC this place could be nice.

Overall the condo was very clean and set up as described. The first night we experienced a water leak that was address immediately but couldn't be repaired. So a dehumidifier had to be installed during the duration of our stay, which caused sinus issues for those sleeping in that room. People coming in and out of the condo was unsettling and inconvenient. The dryer doesn't heat up well so it takes multiple runs to get clothes dried and it squeals like the bearings are going it. The tv mounted on the wall in the room with 2 beds hangs into the bathroom doorway by a few inches causing people to bump it regularly. The pool was well maintained but the shared cooking space needed cleaning. Old, broken cleaning utensils were left behind for use and the grill grates were extremely dirty. Ground keepers were kind and helpful. The overall appearance of the property was nice and well maintained. Close proximity to the beach is a huge plus.

Nice property ane location- super close to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool right outside the door. The only problem was the fire alarm going off at like 3 am, which terrified both kids.

Perfect location!

It’s the perfect location for the Beach, but not on the beach. When you exit the condo you can walk or go left in your vehicle and drive on to the beach with an automobile annual pass that you can purchase for 10-12 dollars at any Stripes convenience store.The condo was clean and comfortable, as described. We were able to sleep 8 people and 1 toddler comfortably. The outdoor area surrounding the pool was wonderful. They had a large smoker pit and a huge Blackstone grill that worked great, and were clean. I requested an early check in, but did not get it. This would have been fine, but I did not get communication as to the early check-in until one minute before 4:00pm. I received our check-in information at exactly 3:59. It would have been nice to have communication either way so we could have gone to a restaurant as we were there at 2:00ish waiting for communication. The only other issue was the stove and oven which was dated and had burners that didn’t work. Oven was also sketchy, but eventually did the job. The refrigerator also took a very long time to cool our drinks, even on the coldest setting.If the two appliances were repaired or replaced, it would be a huge improvement. Everything else about the Condo was just perfect. I would definitely recommend for a family weekend.

A wonderful place

We loved it here!

Located in the perfect place. Quiet and clean. Friendly people and a sweet little pup named Paisley â˜ș Pool was really clean and the property was well maintained. Over all it was great. I hope we get to stay here again next year!

Great escape

The property was well taken care of. I saw a keeper on the grounds everyday cleaning up sand from the beach and doing tidying. The condo itself was clean the bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms clean. When washing clothes make sure the loads are light or you'll have to dry it twice.
